Just realise what it is in them that is talking to you, because it is not anything Godly.
eg. how does it make you feel that they call you a deceiver and a liar, try and drum into you that you are wrong, try to make you doubt yourself?
When someone tries to defile another, it is your self-belief, self-worth, faith, and purity of thought which they try to attack.
You don't seem to be coming from a bad place in what you say, and probably like most of us you are not perfect in what you say. But God doesn't look at you as a weak human being with rubbish ideas, because God is Love. It is Satan who looks to exploit things and look for cracks in people so he can find a way in. And usually does not give up, until you reject the temptation to hold what is said as coming from a place of truth.
The truth will set you free. Know who is talking when people are talking to you.

23One Sabbath he was going through the grainfields, and as they made their way, his disciples began to pluck heads of grain. 24And the Pharisees were saying to him, “Look, why are they doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath?” 25And he said to them, “Have you never read what David did, when he was in need and was hungry, he and those who were with him: 26how he entered the house of God, in the time ofd Abiathar the high priest, and ate the bread of the Presence, which it is not lawful for any but the priests to eat, and also gave it to those who were with him?” 27And he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. 28So the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath.”

Guilt by association pal....SHE IS A deceiver....go read her first POST in here and then follow along and chunk your support for a deceiver based upon your flag and open your eyes to the fact that she has consistently twisted and misrepresented the facts to appear right and us wrong...you are another cake taker pal......funny how one would sell their soul for the sake of a flag over the truth!
I finally know what Jesus felt like when surrounded by the Pharisees........their deception, twist of the word, deceit and rejection of the truth lock, stock and barrel........ching, ching, ching goes the sword off of the hardened armor of the Cainologists, workers for and sinless perfectionists...........shield in hand and giving her all we can captain.........

Colossians 2

8See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spiritsa of the world, and not according to Christ. 9For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, 10and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority. 11In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, 12having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the powerful working of God, who raised him from the dead. 13And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, 14by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. Let No One Disqualify You
16Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath. 17These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ. 18Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions,d puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind, 19and not holding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.
20If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations— 21“Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch” 22(referring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to human precepts and teachings? 23These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are of no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.
