And I Will Give You Rest,

How precious and generous is our Lord who gives
us such words to release our tensions and stress.
All we need to do is grasp them and hold them and
trust that what He says will bring us peace. Gentle
love is gentle truth and our Lord is the truth. Where
else on this earth could we ever find anything more
fulfilling than that. As we awaken in the early hours,
we grasp His warmth; surrendering to Him and take
solitude in His graces. Let the world go by as it will,
for us, all of our sustenance and glory comes from
Him. May it always be and may He always be the
center of our universe.
