There's no such thing as the unforgiveable sin of works for salvation.
Works keep us saved.
It's all over the New Testament for anyone who cares to read it properly.
i know i was being facetious

I don't want you banned either.
In the few times we have engaged I have had no issue at all and I hope you haven't.

And to be honest if people are laying traps to get people banned then it's abhorrent

I have no idea what constitutes a banning offence on this site and it's not something I hope I never come near and certainly something I would never entice anyone into.

Mind you have come close to banning myself a few times:cool:
How does one lay traps to get others banned? I have seen certain people make many false accusations against others, stirring them to retaliate and say something they regret may be what is meant? I dunno, but some are certainly guilty of that with their constant whining and complaining and false accusations, not to mention blatant hypocrisy. Not much can be done for such people. Don't think "being nice" to them is going to change them, either.

"Child of God/mass murderer" is an OXYMORON. Preachers who teach, "go out and live like the devil all you want, no big deal, you will still be saved" are deceived. Those who are born of God do not want to live like the devil (1 John 3:7-10).

I get tired of certain people in the NOSAS camp who try to place EVERYONE who teaches OSAS in the same camp as these "license to sin" deceived preachers.

If someone who attended my church and claimed to be a Christian went out and committed mass murder, my Pastor would not be saying, "he will be saved anyway." My Pastor would say, "obviously, that guy never truly received Jesus." I would say the same thing.
I believe Paul Washer is saying the same thing as you are saying...xox...

Paul who knew the Law better than anyone --says that the 10 commandments are the Law. Sorry...there is no separating them no matter how much we were religiously taught in our church settings.

Here is Paul saying without a doubt that "coveting" is in the Law...
unless coveting is not one of the 10 commandments. Is this true? Coveting is not one of the 10 commandments anymore?

Romans 7:7-9 (NASB)
[SUP]7 [/SUP]
What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? May it never be! On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law; for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, "YOU SHALL NOT COVET."

[SUP]8 [/SUP]
But sin, taking opportunity through the commandment, produced in me coveting of every kind; for apart from the Law sin is dead.

Christians that are in Christ and are born-again - new creations in Christ do not break the carnal Sabbath as outlined in the Old Testament.

Have we ever read where Jesus said that the priests who stand in the temple - break the Sabbath which is in the Law?...or that David and his men ate of the bread which was in the temple?

Matthew 12:2-6 (NASB)
[SUP]2 [/SUP]
But when the Pharisees saw this, they said to Him, "Look, Your disciples do what is not lawful to do on a Sabbath."

[SUP]3 [/SUP]
But He said to them, "Have you not read what David did when he became hungry, he and his companions,

[SUP]4 [/SUP]
how he entered the house of God, and they ate the consecrated bread, which was not lawful for him to eat nor for those with him, but for the priests alone?

[SUP]5 [/SUP] "Or have you not read in the Law, that on the Sabbath the priests in the temple break the Sabbath and are innocent?

[SUP]6 [/SUP] "But I say to you that something greater than the temple is here.

Why were the priest not breaking the Sabbath law - because they were in the temple. Why did David be able to eat of the bread? Because he was
in the temple.

This is why the true believer in Christ will not be breaking any Sabbath law because we are in the temple. Know you not that you are the temple of God?

Those that are in the temple are not breaking the Sabbath law by doing work because we are in Christ. He is the true temple of God as we are in union with Him and are one in the spirit.

Until we understand the reality of our union with Christ and what that means - we will be resorting to going back to the Law and trying to live by our own flesh and we are exchanging Christ Himself for the law.
I think the issue is that people don't know the true treasure that we now have in our hearts.

Why would God supplant something that already exists, and then call it a new creation? Why would He have people speak prophecy in the OT of something coming that is new and better and not the same if it were just the same?

I've heard others say that's how certain people have been banned. I used to post on a different Christian forum in which certain members there who did not agree with you and/or did not like you were obsessed with catching you breaking some type of rule so they can report you.

I at times had received infractions (get enough of them and you get banned) for silly things, like (you can't post a picture or a link to another website etc..). On that forum, it was okay to pervert the gospel all you want and to spread hate and malice, but God forbid you post a picture or a link to a different website!
