We believe:

There is only one true God who is the eternal King, Creator and Redeemer of all that is.

He is perfectly holy, just, loving and truthful.

He has revealed Himself to be eternally selfexistent - one being in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

The Bible to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God.

Humankind was created in the image of God to know and enjoy Him yet we willfully rejected the Lordship and glory of God for which we were intended. Because of this, sickness, death and judgment entered the world and now creation experiences the effects and consequences of sin.

The Lord Jesus Christ, the one and only Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin, Mary, and is God’s Anointed One, empowered by the Holy Spirit to inaugurate God’s Kingdom on earth. He was crucified for our sins, died, was buried, resurrected and ascended into heaven, and is now alive today, in the presence of God the Father and in His people. He is "true God" and "true man."

We are saved by God’s grace, through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Anyone can be restored to fellowship with God through repenting, believing and receiving Jesus as their Savior and Lord.

The Holy Spirit convicts, regenerates, justifies, sanctifies and adopts us as we enter the Kingdom of God as His sons and daughters.

In the ongoing sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life and minister super-naturally. The baptism of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 1:4-8 and 2:4 is poured out on believers that they might have God’s power to be His witnesses.

The victorious redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides freedom from the power of the enemy – sin, lies, sickness and torment.

The Church consists of all who put their faith in Jesus Christ. He gave his church the ordinances of Baptism and Communion.

The Church exists to carry on the ministry of Jesus Christ and further advance His kingdom by undoing the works of the enemy, preaching and living the good news of God’s love, discipling the nations, baptizing and teaching them to love and obey God.

In the ever-increasing government of God and in the Blessed Hope, which is the glorious visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to rule and reign with His overcoming bride – the church.

Heaven and hell are real places. There will be a resurrection of the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting death.

Statements require action. If there is no honest action with the statement, the statement is worthless. Bethel is a scam! Bill Johnson is a scam!

I beg of you to get out from that church!
 
no one said anyone was not nice or evil or anything of the sort

I would like to see explanations for the grave sucking that Bill's wife and even Bill have practiced, not to mention the students at one of their campuses

do we just overlook all the error and extra biblical and dangerous things going on and say they are nice people so it's ok?

or maybe don't judge cause you don't know their hearts?

or do we do an actual Bible study and understand what judgement we do and should apply?

I have said often here, that judgement of the heart is not our territory

however, you (whoever you may be) are not in obedience to the word if you do not judge and you do not use discernment

I don't mean the hit and miss so called discernment either. I mean the one we partake of when we actually KNOW what the word says and the one we PRACTICE and USE when we have that knowledge

it's not about who is nice or not. that is not the measure now and it never was

don't be deceived and think it is not correct to use the tools we have to discern what is and what is not of God

publishing a statement of belief is fine. but they believe and practice many things outside of the word and that is NOT fine

this is grave error. there is absolutely NOTHING in scripture that condones or teaches this practice

feelings do not create truth. this is deception

GOD is the one who annoints and gives the gifts

why are these misled people trying to receive what only God gives, from the BURIAL site of a human being?

someone has a mental illness and God is healing you right now? really?

you know, whenever Jesus healed someone, they were healed. it was real. this, is not

does keeping the peace at any cost actually represent biblical Christianity or does it more closely resemble an ecumenical movement that makes people get goosebumps and great feelings?

but then like Jenn Johnson said, the dil of Bill, the Holy Spirit is like a blue genie..well that's how she sees it anyway

really? what do we rub to get that genie to appear and how many wishes?

the great falling away. feels real good to so many.




As an example of that unabashed acceptance, here is a recent facebook exchange between David Williams and Bill Johnson:

Williams: So I presume that you and Beni have no issues with the teachings and actions of these (Crowder and Dunn) ministries?

Johnson: We are friends. For us agreement isn't a prerequisite for any friendship. We love them and honor them. Great people.​
This is not unlike Johnson's response when he came to the defense of the indefensable Todd Bentley during the Lakeland fiasco.

"Have you spent time with Todd? Do you know him? Have you watched him with his wife? Or have you seen how he treats his kids?...I didn't think so. I have. And I'll continue to support those who I have walked with in life and ministry. He's my friend." -Bill Johnson​

So, we can understand that Johnson places a high value on friendship, perhaps higher than putting biblical principals into action. He certainly does not know how to deal with leaven.

In another facebook exchange Dan Carlton asks Bill Johnson about Dunn and Crowder:

Carlton: Why would you entertain two crazy nutters like Ben Dunn and John Crowder?

Johnson: I'll stand with the accused anyday before I'll stand with their accusers.​
Sounds like boasting, no? Let's see how the Word of God addresses this:
"Your boasting is not good. Don't you know that a little yeast affects the whole batch of dough?" -1 Corinthians 5:6​
You talk about a prophetic word to the church today! Yeah, I'll put a "thus saith the Lord" in front of that scripture. It's found in His Word. He said it.

Bill Johnson has voiced his acceptance of John Crowder. What does Crowder teach? How is that leaven spreading throught Johnson's Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM)?

Crowder, kneeling at the grave of Alexander Dowie and speaking to the camera says:
"And we've just come to the grave today to release to you an impartation of healing revival, of city building, restoration city-taking anointing, master-building apostolic anointing, and so we just rip it right out of the ground, we just suck it right off his dead bones, in Jesus name, and loose it to you., a healing-revival-glory-master-building-apostolic anointing glory..."​


 
understand that if you refute these bizarre things, you will be called religious by those who follow these teachings

you may also be told that you have malice and you are slandering

well, we overlook those things because we understand that it is not about how nice someone is

it is about fearing the one who has the power to decide where we spend eternity

who was Jesus speaking of when he said this:

21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’

23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.

please pay attention to the words of Jesus. His words will never pass away and His words are life and truth

do not be deceived.
