I love this Scripture, notice it is truth that is our armor. It is everything Christ is and has given us.

Interesting, I also think Paul wasn't necessarily only talking singularly either, but to the group as a whole. So it's kinda like, everyone stand together, in faith together, in truth together, praying in the spirit together... remember what Christ did and does for you together.

What I found fascinating is your shield didn't protect you but the person next to you and you had to trust your comrades to do what they are suppose to. Just as they trust you to stand and protect them.

scientist do not make the bible out to be a lie.. no no no they only comfirm that such perfection can only be created...

Greetings Jim....the book of Enoch is fables bringing about spiritual trauma to the unlearned....it was written by several authors beginning about 700 years ago, and contradicts the bible severely....stay with scripture and depart from the books of men..........be blessed
