you know you sound about 7 years old here

I sure hope dcon does not let you down young man

yes

do take it to those in charge

like they don't know

personally, I think they allow some of the more bizarre threads here, like don't pray the lord's prayer, or Jesus words are not binding

I think they allow it, so sensible people who are actually saved can come along and refute the lies. I mean the lies are out there, right?

so people stumble on them, right?

so at least they can sometimes read both sides and God willing, be led into truth instead of insane and devilish lies

please note you may want to actually start copying and not try to make a tart or even a pie out of it
Its like they have no idea that it is the small things they do, like continuing to reply to my posts, even though they NOW KNOW I have them on ignore....they asked me to put them on ignore and I complied....So why are they still replying to me...

I remember this happening in real life at a church and the elder of the area it was happening pulled me aside and said this adn I will never forget it...

When a spirit of error of a doctrine of demons begins to manifest in the house....it will linger until it is challenged by the way, the truth and the life....once challenged a spirit of haughtiness and pride will manifest to defend the spirit of error, once pride is grafted into the root of bitterness, then a lying spirit will manifest to defend everything...he then made me study out 1 Kings 22 and it all fell into place....

If we misunderstood you, Forgive us.. That's on us not you bro..

But I understand, it is the type of person you are. Like paul, afraid you would say anything to hurt someone.. I wish I had more of that heart.. I seem to have lost it..
Thank you.

we all have a heart that seeks after God and at times we lose it.
God knows the true heart though, one that seeks after him, to be a man after Gods heart.

A contrite heart he will never reject.

The one and only time that I tried learning how to drive, I nearly put my sister's car into a ditch. LOL... Probably a good thing that I've never driven, my seizures would definitely have hit while driving and I would've either killed myself and/ or someone else. But I do agree, it sucks..

My daughter had the same, they call it cerebral palsy.. She is almost 30 and still has siezures, which sux because she can not drive.

How does this edify? How does this stop the arguments?

Maybe your "flesh" is similar to those you are upset with?

Amen, Keep being a witness for us all.. We need that example.. And it seems to be lost in here, with all the people who try to divide us, it is good to have a calming soul to try to bring things back to normal.

sadly she lives so far away, and is dependent on people to drive her places.. I wish she would move closer. it would be much easier, I fell for both of you, it can not be easy..

There's a scripture that says to let your good be known to all men. I keep hearing this when others try to attack.

At one time, I was not to defend myself. Now He has freed me from that. So keep hearing His Voice. It's always soft and builds one up even when wrong. He doesn't insult but with love frees us from the errors of our thinking.

Hi MMD

Here's a problem with the above.
I'm not posting anymore scripture BTW.
We both know it and I don't plan on being here
except to tell you this...

I absolutely agree with all you've said.
Grace is even MORE than you could ever say or explain.
God is GREAT in everything He does, so even His grace is
Beyond what we could ever understand.

It cannot be earned. His grace if free of charge.

But let's look at what you said here for a moment...:

Grace is based on the character of God and not on our sincerity, performance, or ability to keep the law. Otherwise, grace would not be grace

You said that the grace of God is not based on our ability to keep the Law, otherwise grace would not be grace.

So since God's grace is not based on our ability to keep the Law,
Was God's grace not present when He gave Moses the 10 Commandments written on stone?

He knew the Israelites would not be able to keep the Law...
He had grace even back then -- it's an attribute of His.

So, wasn't His Grace sufficient for them to keep the commandments?
And because it IS sufficient NOW (the NC) does that mean He no longer DEMANDS that we keep them??

I'd just like to remind you that God Always gave us a CHOICE to obey or not to obey.
Deuteronomy, Joshua, Jesus Always said that we are to obey His commandments, John 14, 15, Mathew 7, etc.

Because we're in the NC now, does that mean God no longer demands obedience?
OR, does He still demand it but we've been given a new way to obey it...

I agree with my second sentence.
It's because of LOVE, but we still must obey.
you just said god knew. how did we get to know what god did.

i would like to remind you, jesus did not, killed him self, if your born under an old covenant , you will be on, trail with that law.

Jesus Foretells His Death
21 And he strictly charged and commanded them to tell this to no one,22 saying, "The Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised."Luke 9
already happened complete (the above)

god also knew , and for told, they would kill jesus, with this law.

yet they wiped there lips , of the blood they spilled , with justification from this law, for there action. etc

strange thing, the logos, no body got to read this to after the bible went to print.(around 1300-1500 ad. )

if you posted today, i would like to remind you, your not born in a old covenant, for the simple fact, there is a new covenant in place now, if you do not understand, what the new covenant is, who s problem is that.

even read as wrote words. can speak to the logic of understanding. even if you do not know, what a new covenant is, it is still clear, there a new covenant in place.

15 Therefore he is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.Hebrews 9

I read BLG repsonse to me and then read your response to BLG based on my original post.

My original post did not come across properly as I did not express it correctly.
That may have upset some people.

That is why I have a heavy heart.
Don't be sad Bill. I think your one of the bestest people I know.

Haven't read the thread and have no clue what is happening in here but I always value your kindness and openness.

Are you going to rebuke francy....I saw his quote, because[second time now] he is on the train to iggy land...

His question and your answer reminds me of this, oh the irony of this is gonna leave scorch marks...

John 21.18-22

[SUP]18 [/SUP]Truly, truly, I say to you, when you were younger, you used to gird yourself and walk wherever you wished; but when you grow old, you will stretch out your hands and someone else will gird you, and bring you where you do not wish to go.” [SUP]19 [/SUP]Now this He said, signifying by what kind of death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He *said to him, “Follow Me!”[SUP] 20 [/SUP]Peter, turning around, *saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following them; the one who also had leaned back on His bosom at the supper and said, “Lord, who is the one who betrays You?” [SUP]21 [/SUP]So Peter seeing him *said to Jesus, “Lord, and what about this man?” [SUP]22 [/SUP]Jesus *said to him, “If I want him to remain until I come, what is that to you? You follow Me!”

Like I said, it is the smallest of things that betrays their spiritual maturity....

Yeah, my dad takes me grocery shopping every week. He's done that every month since I moved away from home at 21.. But he's 86 with a bad heart, so he won't be doing it for much longer. :( I take the bus everywhere else, though. I COULD take the bus to go shopping, only problem is I have to call in a deviation for them to pick me up and bring me back, and many times they haven't even shown up. :/ Also, they only let you bring onto the bus, as many grocery bags as you can carry on in one trip. Me having a bad back, that's hard. It's much easier to just get them out of the trunk of my mom's car..
