Now they say pickle juice is good for you.
Don't throw away the juice when the pickles are gone.
Drink it.
Of course, just drink a little at a time or it may sour your stomach.
They say it may have 101 remedies.
May even improve your I.Q.
Try it.

Probably a tablespoon a day is a good way to do it.
You can buy it in stores now.

Apple cider vinegar with the mother

I drink this. My mum makes a drink out of it that she enjoys sipping on...I prefer to slightly dilute it in water and shoot it down! Not a fan. Though I tend to like our home-made stuff better, since I can better control how vinegary it is.

Remember, it's vinegar.
Take small doses and brush your teeth often.

But not directly after taking the vinegar. If the vinegar touches your teeth (which you should try to keep it from doing, if you are taking a strong dose), you shouldn't brush your teeth for at least half an hour.

Yes, but make certain you do not brush your teeth right after having vinegar because it will accelerate enamel loss.

What do you mean IF the vinegar touches your teeth???
What about when I bite into a pickle?
It's chock full of vinegar juice.

You guys are kidding around.

Same goes for orange juice and other acidy drinks.
