Not really

A testimony can mean a formal or written statement, or evidence or proof of something.

So perhaps you are saying we have the Law (613) and we have Jesus in which case I would say that in the language of scripture

But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works, otherwise grace is no longer grace.
Romans 11:6

Paul taught very clearly the law and Jesus do not mix and I might add that is also what the book of Hebrews is also teaching.

You are in error... and. Blissfully it seems at this time.

All said for those seeking to see and for GODs glory and mans salvation may they build their house on good foundation.

You don't know?

It's quite deceptive, actually.

Some of the "other side" has a few people whose specialty is to post little random "almost related" things to those who are making headway into the thread to merely "sidetrack" them, to pull them off course.

First, one starts it, then others come in with secondary questions to divide your attention from the first one, & so on, & so forth

It divides your time, your focus, & your purpose.

It's tactic designed to wear you down & make you leave.

I've seen it for a few years..... and it works.
With regret.. there is something like that taking place.. but GOD be our strength and boldness with wisdom and knowledge being given.

And what do you say the foundation is loveme?

These teachings clearly promotes disobedience by implying that Jesus WASN'T SAYING that we need to obey His commandments to prove our love. Purely heretical and anti-Christ. Check your faith if it is in God or in your hypocrisy.

Romans 8:7 the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.

2 Peter 3:16-18 He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction. Therefore, dear friends, since you already know this, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of lawless men and fall from your secure position. But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

H2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test?
Amen..... antichrist, for sure!

No answer?

The scriptures say the foundation is this:

~1Co 3:11 After all, no one can lay any other foundation than the one that is already laid, and that is Jesus the Messiah.

Now be careful how we build.

It's done on purpose, just like everything else they do.

They work as one. They have a goal. They have a mission.

Folks need to wake up & smell the coffee.

This is waaay bigger & more complicated than it looks.

I do not enjoy confrontation. I would rather discuss the scriptures and talk about the things of heaven and how wonderful the gospel is. But, when the foundation and the building is off...there will not be unity.

It's most important or it is not the temple of God. And that is what we build in our lives. A holy temple of worship to Him alone.

His glory will come but it is His glory. None of ours.

So Jesus died on the cross to leave his testimony?

To be born again one must believe in the work of Christ on the cross by having a change of mind (repentance) that one's own works will never be sufficient to save and Jesus provides the propitiation for our sins.

Repentance is not only about feeling contrition for one's sins.
Hi UnderGrace, I fully agree with you; "that our works will never be sufficient to save." "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion," Phil1:6

"By grace you are saved:" "Present Tenths;" Christian's remain in a state of "saved" until Christ's return. We are not saved one day and lose our salvation the next day; should we seek God's forgiveness and confess our sins daily - yes of course. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." 1John1:9

We are saved; from first to last, from your calling, Ephesians 2:5, to your glorification, Ephesians 2:6.

Point: “you are saved” 1Jn1:9. Greek: Present Tenths; “saved” - meaning: you remain in a state of “saved”; until Christ’s return. We are not, saved one day, and then not saved the next.

When I was baptized by; The Father, The Son and, The Holy Spirit. This was an act of obedience to Christ. Its was a public statement confessing my faith and showing to the world my love for God.

God made your salvation sure at The Cross; if you are “adding works”, to what God has already done you are wrong.

10) "For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life." Eph2:10. you are putting the cart before the horse.

Where in Scripture does it state I must keep the law (613 laws) as a gentile or as a believer?

Matthew 7

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. 26And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: 27And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

You are taught to keep even the least Commandment and teach them.

You are taught the Great Commandments and the second like it...

Those that Love GOD keep the Commandments.

Try not to throw the veil over those that are sharing the New Testament.. it hardens your heart not mine.

Aaannd there she goes..... further & further away from the real topic, causing others to believe there's a cause/possibility when there isn't one.

stones.. worry not what lvm1... says.. but that which the Messiah declares is.
Actually I don't. But, how do you think we renew our minds loveme? Not by law. We don't build on the foundation of Messiah by law either. This is the truth. We are freed from having to obey by rote, that we can live by Spirit.

The law of the Spirit of life....in Christ Jesus. Free to be led...and He won't lead us to sin. Why we are being accused of sinful minds I cannot understand.

We are lifting up the Cross of Jesus Christ. This is what draws all men. Not you have to do this or that and be perfect.

I am sure you are not perfect or you would rapture away. We are in-en a fixed position- in Christ!
