Well, none of us knows more than the mods on here do, as Brother P4T already stated. Maybe they came to him via PM and told him to tone down the rhetoric and he refused. I am not saying this is the case, but he was spiteful with everyone he had a disagreement with. If he comes back to the mods and is truly contrite, I hope they give him another chance. Maybe he can learn and grow from this. We all lash out in the flesh at times.

Well, he pretty much called Bluto lost. He said he didn't think he(Bluto) was even a Christian. Is that acceptable behavior? Absolutely not. That's a bannishable offense on any Christian message board, and it should be.
=========================================

you're right, SG, but if one takes it upon themselves to feel confident enough to 'call-out' what they
consider/feel, is a 'fake-Christian, (here's the crux,), would you deny your need to reply?, in your
belief? let's Love, try and understand one another one another, hold each-other...

Oh, he also called me a plastic Christian and a liar. So, Brother Bluto wasn't the only one who got it from him.
Are you both going to pray for him or develop bitterness like i've seen others have

Are you done sowing discord and divisiveness while defending another who did as well, or should I expect the above to be the last of it?

Proverbs 19.19

[SUP]19 [/SUP]A man of great anger will bear the penalty,
For if you rescue him, you will only have to do it again.

Help us understand how this helps....and justifies your own actions.

Believe it or not ive seen vets on here use similar language yet they dont get banned. You actually believe someone on a christian site should get banned that fast without attempting to resolve the conflict first. As much mercy & forgiveness God display towards his people its a shame some of people dont display the same towards each other

Not to beat a dead horse here, but did you actually read any of his posts? Denalii's? In this thread, for example? That was his typical behaviour. Calling people names, condemning and judging them.

We won't even get into pulling verses out of context constantly, refusing to look at the actual context, and calling people names when they do! Like this thread, for example!

Then again, maybe others don't get banned, because they don't call people names? Or accuse them of not being saved? Just thinking out loud here!

He behaved this way incessantly. The mods know more than we do.

He earned it and probably had multiple warnings, much showing of discord and I believe the decision to be correct. Forgiveness isn't absent consequences.
Personally, I don't want to see anybody banned and in fact I like denadii very much and even pray for him to come to his senses and get his "butt" out of that word of faith nonsense. Secondly, you hit the nail on the head that he "behaved this way incessantly." Like that great theologian clint eastwood said, "A man's got to know his limitations." And personally, I hope he comes back. Keep up the good work.

IN GOD THE SON,
bluto

He Haw...for a 69 year old it was more like watching a 6-9 year old, I generally ignored most of his posts as I saw from the beginning how he was on the forum

Let's keep this in perspective: It wasn't like he did this then apologized or asked for forgiveness of those he attacked. None of that. In fact he became more and more aggressive and slanderous toward those he attacked. And it continued to spread toward several others here.

I actually took that as a compliment. But I have been wrong before. I try to give ppl the benefit of the doubt, because we can't read facial expressions on message boards.

I'm not bitter at anyone. But read how he posted to me. Let's not act like he was innocent. I hope he is contrite, grows from this faux pas and they allow him back in. But as Brother P4T already stated, his behavior escalated w/o any signs of regret. He got what he asked for.

But I think we all need to move on from this. Hopefully, he has learned and they cut him some slack and allow him back in.

Megiddo,

You follow me around from thread to thread to attack me and make snide remarks. It's your practice. Just to make you aware, you've been on ignore for a looooong time.

I read you loud and clear Angela...some of us are not making excuses for his behavior,...we are wondering why others get banned and some seem to get a hall pass....especially on certain threads.....and are just as misguided and use the same words as denadii....but mask their comments and attitudes behind moral superiority, shallow self-righteousness....and Bible verses....

He crossed a line...

there seems to be a certain number who cross the line several times and the "perception" is nothing happens...and to be honest, it also seems to be the ones that get banned, even if they deserve it, are ones that are not reformed Calvinist believers...and the ones that are only "perceived" to get a free pass are....
