HAY, Lynn,

first of all, you have to 'grind' your nuts in a good 'food-processor', and then,
use your HONEY and Organic Olive OIL, or Coconut Oil, for the consistency that you like'...
some times we add 'pure, organic, cinnamon', it is an amazing 'anti-infla.'...:)
Let's see, so you're suggesting diabetics who also need statins should increase their sugar, add to the saturated fats and unsaturated fats, to increase bad cholesterol as well as lower good cholesterol, and to add bad fats to out diet?

We have a strange plan for life. We want to live. Expensive junk food is not my thing.

I stay away from statins- they are bad for ur body. Honey is fine if it's also raw (cold extracted) and organic. Of course raw organic extra virgin coconut oil is great too.

there are natural sugar subs out there, also the natural juices
can be used - we also both have goals and staying away from 'junk-foods'
is one of them, we probably haven' had a 'junk-soda' in more years than I
can remember, we make our own healthy drinks from 'real juices-foods'...

Clogging my arteries and veins with triglycerides is worse for my body. Honey is organic, but it is still sugar. Adding trans-fats isn't good for us.

There is this thought that "all natural" and "raw" mean "it's good for you." It's really not if the substance itself is not.

Also did you know that now there's a difference between organic and gmo foods? Organic now can be gmo. Like Walmart... Look at there organic section. Look at the barcode.. it begins with an 8, which is gmo... And pure organic is supposed to be and will start with 9 in the barcode.. organic just means that they haven't sprayed for pesticides.. ommoo.. same thing with salmon.!!! The FDA states they don't have to label gmo salmon Because the DNA is so close..but not exact.. there's so much to learn when it comes to health.so so so so much
I learned something. I did not know that about the bar codes.

I have a few..
beef/ chicken liver is good for skin, hair, nails, bones and eye health.. very high in iron.
chia seeds - good for dieting because they swell to about 10X their size when they absorb liquid
bone broth - good for healing gums and teeth
cilantro - excellent for detoxifying from metals and other junk like mercury from fish or tooth fillings
oregano - good for getting rid of mucus
quinoa - better alternative to oatmeal/ rice - its high in iron and magnesium
seaweed/ kelp - high in vitamins that you didn't even know you were missing, also high in iodine
cranberries - strong anti-oxidant
dandelion - helps cleanse the liver, also a diuretic, good for people with high blood pressure

That's not gonna help with inflammation
He said foods that are rich vitamin A and Zinc, and yes they can if he is low on them and maybe the reduction of other foods he might be consuming... I am not a doctor and i don't know his diet but the foods i listed do help with skin issues

He asked a question that outed his misunderstanding of the issue and you answered in a obliging fashion.

let's get 'real' Lynn,

sodas are one of the 'WORST' things that anyone could ever drink in their 'whole-life',
especially 'DIET' ones...
