The sad truth is if you are a testimony of the reality of Christ in a person, I would say not a chance.

The hatred and animosity is so plain, I wonder if you have any other sentiments.
My granny, who I loved had a faith that changed me. She was kind, caring and had
a real heart for people. It was this that spoke to me, more than anyone else I knew.

My mum liked her so much she thought my dad must be ok.

You cannot under estimate the power of this love. God bless those who walk in His ways.
I was wrong here on this thread and I confessed and felt deep remorse for my sin and ask God and the wonderful people here on Christianchat.com to forgive me. I have not forgotten that. Mr Jen's do you not have any sympathy for the dead mans family. You are not the innocent party here. I had to put you on Ignore because I did not want to see your continuous bitter attacks on people in this thread. No you are not without fault.

And now you hold sympathy for someone who uses a dead man's photo on his pubic profile. I am little confused here, do you not think this will tarnish Christianchat's good name by placing a world famous comedian's photo as his avatar, who died a tragic death. Your sympathy is miss placed Mr. Jen's. What you think about me does not matter, when you have insinuated and boldly said that people here are not saved. Who has ever said that to you Mr.Jen's

You have created for yourself a sugar coated Christ and I want no part of it. Your a smooth talker Mr.Jen's but your gospel is full of smart worldly wisdom that can never save a single soul. You should place your sympathy with the deceased man's family. And forget about finding fault with me, I am what you think I am.

God gave me the down payment that I have to have to secure the kingdom. How is that me trying to pay for it myself, lol?
WRONG, HE PAID FOR IT ALL, LOCK, STOCK, and BARREL.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (HCSB)
[SUP]19 [/SUP] Don’t you know that your body is a sanctuary of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,
[SUP]20 [/SUP] for you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.

Galatians 3:11-26 (GWT)
[SUP]11 [/SUP] No one receives God's approval by obeying the law's standards since, “The person who has God's approval will live by faith.”
[SUP]12 [/SUP] Laws have nothing to do with faith, but, “Whoever obeys laws will live because of the laws he obeys.”
[SUP]13 [/SUP] Christ paid the price to free us from the curse that God's laws bring by becoming cursed instead of us. Scripture says, “Everyone who is hung on a tree is cursed.”
[SUP]14 [/SUP] {Christ paid the price} so that the blessing promised to Abraham would come to all the people of the world through Jesus Christ and we would receive the promised Spirit through faith.
[SUP]15 [/SUP] Brothers and sisters, let me use an example from everyday life. No one can cancel a person's will or add conditions to it once that will is put into effect.
[SUP]16 [/SUP] The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his descendant. Scripture doesn't say, “descendants,” referring to many, but “your descendant,” referring to one. That descendant is Christ.
[SUP]17 [/SUP] This is what I mean: The laws {given to Moses} 430 years after God had already put his promise {to Abraham} into effect didn't cancel the promise {to Abraham}.
[SUP]18 [/SUP] If we have to gain the inheritance by following those laws, then it no longer comes to us because of the promise. However, God freely gave the inheritance to Abraham through a promise.
[SUP]19 [/SUP] What, then, is the purpose of the laws given to Moses? They were added to identify what wrongdoing is. Moses' laws did this until the descendant to whom the promise was given came. It was put into effect through angels, using a mediator.
[SUP]20 [/SUP] A mediator is not used when there is only one person involved, and God has acted on his own.
[SUP]21 [/SUP] Does this mean, then, that the laws given to Moses contradict God's promises? That's unthinkable! If those laws could give us life, then certainly we would receive God's approval because we obeyed them.
[SUP]22 [/SUP] But Scripture states that the whole world is controlled by the power of sin. Therefore, a promise based on faith in Jesus Christ could be given to those who believe.
[SUP]23 [/SUP] We were kept under control by Moses' laws until this faith came. We were under their control until this faith which was about to come would be revealed.
[SUP]24 [/SUP] Before Christ came, Moses' laws served as our guardian. Christ came so that we could receive God's approval by faith.
[SUP]25 [/SUP] But now that this faith has come, we are no longer under the control of a guardian.
[SUP]26 [/SUP] You are all God's children by believing in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 9:15 (GW)
[SUP]15 [/SUP] Because Christ offered himself to God, he is able to bring a new promise from God. Through his death he paid the price to set people free from the sins they committed under the first promise. He did this so that those who are called can be guaranteed an inheritance that will last forever.

Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Rom 11:20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
Rom 11:21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
Rom 11:22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

Rev 2:4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
Rev 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Rev 3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
Rev 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

Jas 2:14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
Jas 2:15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
Jas 2:16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
Jas 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
Jas 2:21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
Jas 2:22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
Jas 2:24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

Gal 6:3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
Gal 6:4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
Gal 6:5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
Gal 6:6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Gal 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
Gal 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

I tend to believe that we have responsibility in our salvation, and if we do not take heed can miss out in meeting that responsibility.

Which the Bible states that it is possible to lack,in which the outcome is not good if they do not correct themselves.

Things like cut off, reaping corruption, faith is dead,Jesus will remove their candlestick out of its place, and come upon them at a time they know not.

They do not seem like positive things for those that lack.

Which we have witnessed the lack of people that believe faith alone, and confess Christ, and that is it,so if they lack it would apply to them,so how are they right with God when they lack.

Jesus said whatever is in your heart is what comes out,and defines the person,if they lack, and hold unto sin, then that is what is in their heart,so then how are they right with God,and how does the belief sin does not affect their relationship with God apply, for if they sin it is what is in their heart, and defines them, not they can sin and it does not affect them.

They act as if they can never slip.but what is in the heart comes out,and act as if they are always led of the Spirit nothing wavering, but if they sin then that is what is in their heart, which they say they cannot abstain from sin,and will do it from time to time, then how are they always led of the Spirit and cannot waver, for if they sin then that is what is in their heart, and defines them.

1Jn 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

They say sin does not affect their relationship with God,but John said if they do not do the outward work of righteousness then they are not of God.

Amen.....it is finished was clear, sins of the whole world was clear, propitiation is clear......tragic that many say the cross is not enough.....we have at least 3 who flat deny the power and sacrifice of Jesus by their working for, I must keep myself saved rigmarole!

What you are teaching is not the gospel and has been rejected down through the centuries as heresy, from Galatians 1:8-10 and forward.
Amen to this......his version is not found in anything biblical....kind of like the other one who who states openly that the cross is not enough while devaluing the imputed righteousness down to some sort of Jesus Spray....

Actually the term sealed should be used the way God said it in his word.

Sealed UNTIL the day of redemption.

the word not only te4lls you how long that seal last. It tells us when it will end

what it does not do , is say you can unseal yourself. That would be giving you more power than you have, and place you ABOVE God.
Amen......they must serve a weak, inept god with a small "g"....Our God saves us to the uttermost, seals us, justifies and sanctifies us eternally, keeps us by his power, starts, finishes and completes our faith, holds us by his hand, will not forsake us or leave us and no where does it state we can forfeit or lose salvation when context is taken into account....all the above must be chunked and Jesus must be found false and inept to say otherwise.....!!

There are a few on here that peddle such false gospels...1 comedian and 2 tea drinkers.....amongst others.......

The saints Keep the Commandments of GOD and Have the Faith of Jesus.

So those that say that the Command is to believe in His Son..indeed for without the Messiah there is no Salvation. The Just shall live by Faith indeed.. Faith that worketh by love because He loved us First.

Believe to receive.

Yet there is hope because nothing is impossible for GOD.

When we remember how Paul was converted going from persecuting to being persecuted for the Faith.

The Children of GOD stand fast on the Messiah's Testimony.

No one keeps anything unless saved and the commandments were designed to continually prove guilt....unless you keep all applicable commandments 24/7/365 your whole life your dead in your sins and trespasses.....wake up to Jesus before you wake up in a dark place void of water and higher than normal temps....!

And by the way....his name is Jesus...the fact that you refuse to use his name speaks volumes!

Sure....you claim to know him....just like the plenteous in number that claim to know him....the gospel you peddle belies the fact that he probably does not know you....that is what matters...not your claim to know him!

Faith that worketh by love is because of not for.. saved unto His good works.. by belief we are grafted in to the Good True Vine and any fruit our branches are is from the Root... to draw His goodness in to our being.. so the unbelieving were cut off and if we become highminded in unbelief we could be.. so we humble ourselves and live by Faith.. but that Faith is to be a hear and do.... that is what GOD wants for us through His Perfect Son to listen and learn from Him.. to believe in Him.
