Hi Jessica, welcome to the group.

I’m so sorry to hear about your anxiety. I hope you can find the love and support from those people around you. You are not alone in this journey. We are here for you and you can message us anytime. Please don’t lose hope, things will get better, maybe not now but eventually it will. Let’s trust God that He is working.
If your anxiety is bothering you, I recommend that you check with your primary physician/counselor. Please update us, thank you for sharing. I pray that God will give your heart's desires as you delight in Him.

My suggestion is that you stop 'fighting against the enemy' so much (resist not evil), but work on your faith that 'the battle is already won'. You can only be in such a battle if you deem yourself to be weak, but you are not weak, you are strong, and the battle is already won. Two perceptions, your perception which is like an uphill battle that seems never-ending; and having faith that the battle is already won and you stand on top of a mountain always with God.

From the perspective of fear (anxiety/panic), things seem to keep coming at you, right?

From the perspective of absolute faith, things will start to change around you. Reinforce that with gratitude to God who brings all that is good around you.

I'm not sure if I'm responding to this the right way so bare with me if I didn't do this right. lol

Anyways, my kids are still pretty young, they're 5 and almost 7. I share custody with their dad. I would just like prayers concerning my mental health and my relationships with my family. Right now I feel like I'm being attacked very badly by the enemy and it's not going pretty well for me.. I've been praying and praying and rebuking the negative but it's attacking me pretty bad and the prayers don't seem to help.. I can start my day pretty well but then it's progressively gets worse. I'm not sure why. I'm actually coming back to God after having backslided again so it's not been too long.. I've also read all of the anxiety verses.. I get panic attacks too so that's a tough one..

I've lived in California my whole life.. Sacramento area and it sucks. lol Thanks for the welcome Dan. :)

Yes, I try to remember that but sometimes it gets hard when they just hit you full force out of nowhere.
