Do not seek arguments.

My question was genuine as i do not know him .

That is what I wanted to know. Thank you for being honest. Do you have any questions about Yeshua? This is a talk with love nothing else but I care.... Who do you believe is G-d or none at all?

The book of Exodus gives some examples about what it is like to love your enemy in its laws.

My question had it's reasons on some observations i made.
You say you went to strict Christian protestant school still you do not use name of God but as Jew's fear it.

That made me question if you are a Christian or and believe in divinity of Christ.

Hence if you were a non Christian Jew "your God" would not be as such same as God is .

You would be only serving the father.

That is why i asked the question "Who is your God".

What are you talking about I am Jew who was raised to think that Jesus is the Christian god. I NEVER WENT to protestant school.... do not know what what is.

According to you, you do not want to argue so ask me a real question about Messiah....

My G-d is Hashem and Y-shua and the Spirit 3 in one.

Are you ready to answer mine now?

It must be language barrier.

Things like "I am Jew who was raised to think that Jesus is the Christian god"

Just makes one want to ask further questions.

Best i pass.

No ask. Nothing to hid. But what do you have to hide? Answer the question.... What god do you believe in or do you believe in any at all?

In Matthew 5:43-44, Jesus says “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you,Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you..” The part about loving your neighbor is cited in Leviticus 19:18, while it is said that the part about hating your enemies is what Jesus heard the Pharisees preach. Nowhere in the Old Testament does it say to hate your enemy.

Our enemies are those that uphold evil. So in that regard, between those who hate others because of their race or the way they worship the one true God, or where they are from, and those that are hated for such, who is REALLY the enemy to us?

Great thread Newton! :)

Who's our true enemy?

Jesus said to know no man after the flesh. We're to see the principalities, the powers of wickedness in high places, the demons and the prince of demons. They are our true enemy. Man is not.

Our enemies need Jesus like the rest of us. If we look at the greatest example we have, Jesus died for us while we were His enemy. Are we will to die to self to win some to Christ? Jesus said for us to deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Him.

Jesus healed the ear that Peter cut off. He also said of those who jeered at Him as He hung on the cross, "Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do."

We are to follow in His footsteps. When a lawyer challenged Jesus when He said, "love your neighbor," Jesus told the story of the great Samaritan.

Luke 10:25-37
And a lawyer stood up and put Him to the test, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” And He said to him, “What is written in the Law? How does it read to you?” And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”

And He said to him, “You have answered correctly; do this and you will live.” But wishing to justify himself, he said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

Jesus replied and said, “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers, and they stripped him and beat him, and went away leaving him half dead.

And by chance a priest was going down on that road, and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. Likewise a Levite also, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side.

But a Samaritan, who was on a journey, came upon him; and when he saw him, he felt compassion, and came to him and bandaged up his wounds, pouring oil and wine on them; and he put him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn and took care of him.

On the next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper and said, ‘Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I return I will repay you.’ Which of these three do you think proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell into the robbers’ hands?” And he said, “The one who showed mercy toward him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do the same.”

We are to go and do the same. Our enemies are bleeding and dying on the inside. They need the great Physician to heal their soul. Our words of the gospel, our actions of the gospel are the sweetness of the honeycomb that brings spiritual healing to a tired lost soul who's been beat up by this world and by our enemy. They need Jesus as much as we did.

Is there no balm is Gilead? Yes there is and His name is Jesus. Hallelujah!

Refrain:
There is a balm in Gilead
to make the wounded whole,
there is a balm in Gilead
to heal the sin-sick soul.

Sometimes I feel discouraged
and think my work's in vain,
but then the Holy Spirit
revives my soul again. Refrain

2 If you cannot preach like Peter,
if you cannot pray like Paul,
you can tell the love of Jesus
and say, "He died for all." Refrain
