The man in the dusty black suit
had rather large feet stuffed inside
cracked leather half-boots
And a long thin face shadowed beneath
The flat brim of a black hat
He came to a town that
was locked in deep winter's frost
And suddenly all innocence
was lost...

Her given name was Sarah
however they called her "Red" because of her flame
colored hair,
she ran a diner on Hara Street
which was still open at this late hour.
Red liked to greet
her customers with a smile
while
offering them hot, rich coffee.
On this certain night her mood was blue
for earlier she had lost someone who
had meant some thing to her
And when "he" eased through the
door of the eatery on a shadow as slippery
as midnight oil he brought with himself
a scent of snow like old pennies
and ice.
The little bell above the door never tinkled though
Red didn't notice.
"Hi there. Hello." Said the man in black offering neither a smile nor a frown,
in fact his face was blank at all times except
for a brief glimmer of some thing way back in his
eyes.

generic white mugs.
Tonight her smile froze in place
as "he" eased through the door
on a shadow as dark as crude oil
bringing with himself the scent of snow
like old pennies and ice.
"Hi there.Hello". He said without offering a smile or a frown.
In fact his expression was neutral from the nose down,
Although a brief spark of some thing glimmered far back
In his eyes beneath the flat brim of the black
hat.
(Was how I intended to write it) I ran out of editing time.Oh well..shrugs...

Which movie was that? I've seen my fair share of movies featuring the man or a man in black.This thing that I'm writing about is a mixture of a nightmare and a Stephen King novel that I've recently finished.The nightmare happened about the time my wife had me served with divorce papers.
