What did you learn today??

Any answer will do! :)

I'll start...

Today I learned that vitamins E, B-6 and B-12 are necessary for healthy nerves and nerve regeneration and may be helpful in preventing muscle cramps. :)

I learned zeroturbulence started a new thread.

What? I just got up, I haven't even started my day yet. That's the only thing I learned so far.

if you burn the bottom of enameled cast iron cookware, you can restore it adding a few tablespoons of baking soda to boiling water.
saved my enameled dutch oven last night after working on the thing for the past few days. (Burned some leftover tomato soup last weekend)

Today is extra early even for me...i wanted to leave work early today for a dentist appointment , so i came to work early.

I'm the only one in the building o.o

I learned that to get a rep from Ladyblue you have to post an orange kitty :D

I didn't get one... No more orange cat in google images :D

I have learned that it takes some time for a dog to learn the difference between telephone, glasses and remotecontrol.

Today I learned my factory ran out of the raw material for my parts......

I may have to "look busy" and sweep or mop this area for 12 hours.

I learned that when I first get up in the morning, my face looks like 5 miles of bad road. Obviously the sleep I get isn't "beauty sleep".

I learned that this Saba fish bento I'm having right now is much better than the ramen I had the other day.
That is strange indeed, for the ramen you had the other day looked pretty good. Especially the... leek? Green onion? The pale green, bulbous vegetable that was in the ramen, that looked like the best part of the whole meal.

Yeah, I've decided the face I see in the mirror first thing in the morning is a good way to figure out what I will look like 20 years from now.

"I get more wrinkles every day."
"You don't have wrinkles. You have craggy good looks."
"Yeah, right! I think you have to start out with good looks before you can develop craggy good looks."

It's some kind of spinach I think, xiao bai cai / sio pek chye / kai lan - it has many names. And yes that was the best part. The miso soup that came with it was much better than the ramen soup too. But the thing that made me regret having it was the high sodium content. I had a terrible migraine after that lunch darn. At least the Saba fish bento is a much healthier option.

bok choy!

I’ve learned that there are two sign up sheets for tomorrow’s potluck. And I’m one of two people who signed up to bring beverages. There’s gonna be a lot of soda tomorrow. Lol

I learned that instead of talking to YALL I should be talking to my pastor or to God.

I should pay more attention to who I am sending text messages to. The "sorry I can't talk right now, talk tomorrow?, LOVE YOU!" (yep, that part in caps!) text that I thought I was sending to my best friend was actually sent to a guy I used to work with. Awkward! ;)

I have learnt that OneNote is actually a good tool and fun to use. Does Libre Office/Open Office have the same?
