coffee shop room, where people just chill out. there is no such room like that presently. the lounge is not so much a lounge as it is a bunch of people clamoring for the microphone. :D

lol XD Well there should be SOMETHING like that....but not exactly a coffeeshop room (but I do like coffee!!). but definitely a place where it isn't a rare skill to get the mic and speak.
 
Um that's why we have the following rooms'

Lounge
Random
Young Adults
etc etc.

We keep adding rooms, and people don't use them. If you find you're in the lounge and struggling to get the mic, then report it to a Mod. The other alternative is to move to another room with the people you are talking to and then there won't be such a fight for the mic. I'm not saying that's what you have to do, but it's a suggestion. Everyone is entitled to the microphone, but let's face it when there's 50 people in the room, it's always gonna be a struggle.

We have loads of rooms that are designed purely for people to just 'chill out' as you put it. Just because a room has name like 'prayer' doesn't mean it's compulsory to pray in there, it's okay to chill out, but if someone comes in wanting to use the room for prayer, then consideration needs to be given to them...the same applies for all rooms.

Make sense?
 
I know, Polly, but they have none specifically for coffee consumption. UGH MOD, you don't get it do you! lol
 
Yeah-Redeemed,i agree with you on this. in the lounge I hear some pretty unsaved stuff and you really cant get the mic either-like you said, its a clamourto get lucky and get it.Now on that note there are alot of empty rooms that maybe you could go to if you wanted to.thats what I do.try bible study or support cc or random,prayer,alot of spots to go to.usually the further down in the drop they are the less people are there-just what ive noticed, but i think its worth a try for ya bro.....
 
Coffee? Did someone say coffee????? I am in.......... anything coffee related at all, count me IN !!!!!!!!
 
Hmmm, I think dutch people wouldn't agree to create a room called "Coffee Shop" here at CC!
 
i'll bring the coffee to yousing. there ya go!

and if that's not enough, i'll bring the coffee and the couches to biblestudy

and then i'll bring the coffee, the couches, and the cards to singles

and THEN i'll bring the coffee, the fraps, the couches, the cards, the pool table, and the ping pong to youngadults, cuz that's where it's at ;)

lounge always = crazyness.
other rooms mostly = chill.

coffee + chill = FRAPS!!! white chocolate peppermint mocha, please! hold the whip! :D
