No day is holy except as we see it holy. To some all days are holy. Others choose a special day.

How do we know what is the seventh day? We have no way of telling. That is why we choose what day is to be holy.

Wow, wasn't it Jesus, before He became a man, that created the 7 day week? From the very beginning He could have created a 6 day week, 10 day week, but no. He created a 7 day week with a 1st day and a 7th day.

And all those thousands and thousands of years later, with man and their science and rejection of God, and killing of Jesus, and persecuting of believers, we still have the same week Jesus created. 7 days with a 1st day and a 7th day.

Does God have the power to keep His week from being corrupted by man so believers throughout history can trust and turn to Him?

If you really want to serve God, just look at any calendar on the planet, it is the same today as it was for Noah and Abraham.

You still have not explained why Paul said it was just a shadow and nobody can judge us for not observing it.

Jesus attended the Temple on the Sabbath where he taught the people. Had he gone there on any other day it would have been mainly empty apart from a few priests and money lenders perhaps who were WORKING. Is walking into a stone building keeping the Sabbath?

Jesus said: “Which one of you who has a sheep, if it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will not take hold of it and lift it out? Of how much more value is a man than a sheep! So it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” Then he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” And the man stretched it out, and it was restored, healthy like the other. (Mat 12:11-13 ESV)

You are free to do as you please, but GOD may not see it your way since there are no instructions from Him. We can only work with what we are given and Sabbth is saturday worldwide..not any other day we choose.
Talk about setting yourself on God's throne...it's what satan has always wanted to do Isa 14v12, 13, and is teaching man to do the same. I would be afraid !

The moon goes through the same 28 day cycle it always has. 28 divided by 4 gives us a seven day week. That is how they measured time back then.

Far better to worship God seven days a week rather than one day a week.

No, walking into a building..be it tempke, synagogue or church is not Sabbath-keeping. Having 'fellowship with the Father and the Son is. Btw I believe that Yahshua and His Disciples had other venues for meeting after He started His Ministry...so it would be ok to meet in a field or a house or other.

We do not know what was the seventh day of creation. We only know what we have chosen as the seventh day on our calendars. Nor is our seventh day the seventh day as it was in Israel. When they are in midday, another place is at midnight.

but a moon period was not and is not exactly 28 days. Only Israel had a seven day week and it was not based on the moon

Yes, I would say that is about right...but we have never been told since that we need not study to show ourselves approved..so I guess learning is still on the agenda...and I would rather learn from GOD on the sabbath than an imperfect man on sundays...my choice...you make your own. SUNday only came about by human choice through the roman church..it was never a worship day with God...so we can not use that as a legit excuse...we brought it on ourselves..it's our mistake.
