read and find out what you are actually 'putting on your food. eating', most of it is
not even 'REAL' ingredients, - it's most often some sort of 'card-board-substitute-chemical'
with just a smiggen of the 'tastes' that appeal to us the most...

we often wonder how many really give a ....?

I woke up 2 hours after i planned to, but still ahead of schedule for work or anything important. So I definitely win currently.
