salmon, sole, fresh caught rainbow trout on the grill. yum!
Orange Roughy is good as well as Cod. I take either of those two and make a mayo, parmesan and bread crumb coating and spread it on the filets, then broil it with added bread crumbs on top for some crunch. It is very good!

We grill salmon a lot, and I have my own special rub I put on it. Made it four our kids in NC, and they make it all the time now. My son said we made too much and there were some leftovers, and when we got there the next day there was NONE left. Now he makes enough so there are leftovers. It's good the next day when it is cold, believe it or not!

Yea kids suck they i used to babysit and i watched people's kids cuz i libed with them too kids are OK but for the most oart they are just annoying especially the newborn's they just cry and cry and want their mom and cry some more so yea sorry fam *pats your back* it's all worth it though and it's not all bad not only that but it gives us an opportunity to die to self and be like Christ so it's pretty cool when you think about it. Makes all those sleepless nights a lot less painful, at least for me.
Ok.. Either you DO have kids... or you have had some experience with no sleep..

Either way, it helps when the hubs is able to give me a break on weekends... cause if I didn't have that... I would go crazy. I love my son... with my everything I have within me. and you're right I die to myself and become more like Christ to be here for my son...and I know my Strength comes from the lord, its just when 5 nights in a row that he fights sleep... I start to get frustrated and cant think straight. And thats when I need the most help.

Has the pediatrician ruled out colic? It is not normal for a newborn to cry continuously five nights in a row. Are you breast feeding or using formula?

If you are using formula, he may be allergic to the type you are using. Babies will cry continuously if they are on the wrong formula. I would advise calling the pediatrician’s office and ask their advice. If he is colicky, running a vacuum cleaner sometimes helps, as does driving. They sell colic drops for babies, but obviously you should not give him anything without the doctor’s advice.

You say that but i think doctors are full of crap cuz every single one does that crap and when you take them to the doctor cuz its your first kid (after dealing with it you start to get they dont know what they are talking about xD) they give you a binch of expensive crap that doesn't work they did the same thing with my nephew cuz he wasn't growing like he should apparently he wasn't growing fast enough they gave us all this crap we had to buy and he didnt grow at all BUT WAIT he came to out house and ate food like normal humans are supposed to and he grew way more then when he was taking all that stuff and he was here for less time and all babies cry all the time its just a phase. I want my mom is usually the issue or they are just hungry or are teething or need a diaper change or woke up for no real reason lol

Her baby could be colicky. If he has colic, it may be because he is on the wrong formula. Babies are not supposed to cry all the time. Newborns are supposed to sleep all the time. He is a newborn, so not teething until he is about three months old.

My mom said I cried incessantly, and she was stressed out, I was on formula. Turns out, I was colicky and could only tolerate goat milk.

None of us are doctors, she needs to call the pediatrician.

His next appointment isn't till the 11th of next month, but like my post said last night, he's going through the "purple crying" phase... I read about it, and all the symptoms are here. He IS asleep now, and he doesn't cry 24/7... just cries at night when its time for bed and I was told and I read thats completely normal. I just get frustrated when nights like last night happen and ive done everything there is to do... I just have to let him cry it out and he will pass out, and he did.

But thank you for your advice, I thought he was colicky too, but my MIL said he isn't... he doesn't have the symptoms that colicky babies do... just cries when he needs burped.. or is full of gas.. and fights sleep, but that's normal in all newborns.

Those were examples lol but ok and yea that could be the thing possibly but you dont need a doctor for that either they will most likely just recommend another formula and it will probably not work xD. I seriously have a thing against doctors they have always been wrong in my life home remedies have always worked whike the medicine or whatever they recommended has always just been a cash grab or just wrong. My nephew had a colick problem though i remember that he had to take another formula and we used like every type and it never helped she breast fed and it didn't change anything he was just clingy and if he woke up imand she wasn't awake he would wake her cuz he wanted his mom so im not gonna say that thats not the problem it could be your right im just saying we didn't have doctors tgat had all this crap these days and we did fine as a matter of fact doctors didn't do tons of stuff right and it ended up in many children and or moms being killed. Doctors and scientists tend to have a God complex and think that medicine or science is the end all be all when most of the time things aren't as bad as they make them sound. Go to a pediatrician that's fine it could helo im js i think some things are just bound to happen especially if they aren't crying until its time to sleep

I misunderstood your posts. I thought he was not sleeping at all. If he is sleeping through the day, that is something, at least.

Rant and rave all you like about doctors. Modern medicine is what has allowed the human race to live into our eighties and nineties. But I swear to God, if I died right now, it would not be a minute too soon.

It is a fact that my husband can live on significantly less sleep than me. He went to bed at almost 4am, and still got up around 9:30. I went to bed before 12:30.

I don't like to be in an argument. But I do like to serve one piece of argumental statement now and then. Just to prove the politician in me is not completely dead.

I hate fights/arguments and or disagreements...

comes from living in a family that did that all the time growing up.

(yes I went completely OFF topic about baby).

Well i have a similar family but some people think everything is an argument xD like just cuz we disagree doesn't mean we have to argue we can still talk about it and come to a peaceful resolution but you also have those people who make everything an argument and it just makes it hsrd to talk to them
