like what?
I figured I could get my hands on a bulk mailing program, put the companies name in it and let it do the rest

You would have to ask the mailserver what useres are known and retrieve all adresses. In excgange, you'd have to ask the server all users.

what happened?

I posted a question here and it did not stick

I want to created an application that produces formatted unicode text - what is the best standatd to use?

HTML? XML? RTF?

HTML. Thats pretty easy to use. You can easily program stuff like:

(Button Bold) ==> If pressed then ==> surround selected text with html bold tags. Et voila :)

And: Every browser/word/open office/etc can handle html :)

so... I downloaded wamp server (Apache, PHP, MySQL...)

but it looks like the PHP parser isn't working, and I have no idea how to fix it ... :S

I am trying to view a basic PHP file ... I got the file at: C:\Users\astridb\Desktop\wamp\www
and try to reach it by tryping

http://127.0.0.1/test.php
and
http://localhost/test.php

to show the local files.... but neither work... (the page is blank, not even a error message)

when I try displaying the code bit that followed with Wamp, it shows the source code as it is (unparsed) and prints gibberish:
/ Arno Esterhuizen // et Romain Bourdon // // icônes par Mark James //chemin jusqu'au fichier de conf de WampServer $wampConfFile =

heeeeelp???

doh..... it deactivated itself... thats why nothing worked :p *fells stupid*

yay! I have my own local website with php!

...now if only I could find out how to make it available to the outside without killing one more router :p

do an ipconfig and find out what your local gateway is
give me the numbers and i might be able to see you
