There is no hope whatsoever at all in a legalistic, law keeping sinless perfectionist dogma........and most of us have heard the horror stories.....it is ridiculous to set standards that NONE can meet and then tie their eternal salvation to said standards that NO ONE can possibly meet.....one must keep every rule, law, regulation 24/7/365 in these legalistic religions of bondage or have no hope.....they struggle and struggle and then fail and start at square one only to find themselves back a square one a day/week/hour/month later...beating themselves up spiritually.....instead of victory in Christ their is constant failure in religious religionism........

And this is where Pharts false gospel will lead anyone who follows his dogma. If you find yourself in a legalistic church run do not walk to the first exit, and the excuse of, well "they were so loving" does not work. This is why it is so shameful what Phart is teaching here because as Decon has already pointed out, it will lead people into spiritual abuse, strife and you will lose your Joy in the Lord.

Struggling with sin is one thing. Purposely indulging it and deciding it isn't sin is quite another.

When the church decides that willfully and purposely viewing pornography is not sin, and those who call it out are the wrong ones, then we know we're at a bad place. The one thing unbelievers hate is hypocrisy. The hypocrisy of the church is what drives unbelievers away more than the church's steadfast conviction of the truth. This forum is proving how corrupted the church has become. It's worse than I thought.

Most here are condoning purposeful and willful watching of pornography. Yet they consider themselves part of the remnant. I don't see repentance and contrition on the part of the participants in this forum. That tells me a lot about this forum.

We often find that people will focus on what they struggled with and try to convey how bad it is. They do this because they know how much it messed with their own life.

So in a sense they are trying to help even if they don't convey it properly.

I am amazed that you think it's okay for Christians to watch pornography. But I get it.......that's where the church is at this present time. I blame the church leadership for not preaching the whole gospel that keeps people who don't really want to be changed and who just want the 'get out of jail free' card out of the church.

Any professing believer defending porn needs to repent, or, if not, their church needs to step up with church disciplinary actions.
