You are a man- so you are the hunter. I can tell you, my problems all stem from me pursuing him. I am way below his standards, and it was just a mess.
Since you are a man, you can pursue a woman you believe worthy of investing your time and trusting your heart.
I am screwed up, but it is all my own doing. Pride, really to get right down to the crux.
What I am saying is, if you pursue a woman who you deem a good catch, it ought not devolve into pain, depression, insanity, etc.

The language of your heart should, according to linguistic theory, be your mother tongue or L1. That is the language that shows the deepest and truest emotions. Then I guess my mother, or rather Father, tongue is speaking in tongues.

I just called on a job opening. And it is really tempting, as it seems perfect for me. Please pray for me. 10 minutes drive, 60-100% (so that I can finish my masters with reduced work hours), I can use my skills in encouraging and empowering people. It is a solid firm and my job there should be secure for decades.
Heavenly Father, I pray Toinena gets the job she is looking at. Let it be a great job for her where she is really appreciated and where she can return home everyday knowing she has done an excellent job and peoples lives are better for it. I pray the pay is good and that they will be flexible with her time and that she can finish her degree.
I ask this in the name of Jesus the Savior, amen.

Because I am negative. I swoop around saying negative things like “just because you pray and read the Bible it does not mean God will grant your requests” and such unpleasant things as “God is NOT anxious to give you what you want”. I’m not slap happy.
