what are you doing when you tell someone who reads the Bible in Polish that nothing but the kjv is the actual word of God and all other versions - including his Polish one - are corrupt adulterations from hell?

you building his faith or you scuttling it?
Too bad the "originals" OT Scriptures were in Hebrew. That sure leaves out a lot of people groups in those days...

It is obvious that God now needed to get both His Old Testament and His New Testament fit together in a language that was common to the world. Only English could have been considered such a language.

The English language had been developing for many centuries until the late sixteenth century. About that time it finally reached a state of excellence that no language on earth has ever attained. It would seem that God did the rest. He chose this perfect language for the consummation of his perfect Book.

What was the result? The greatest revival movement ever known.

Fixed that number bolding problem for you!

This really shows a serious mental issue. Because, 17 is not, and never will be 7.

And 3:17 is not, and never will be 37. I would ask you to watch "A Beautiful Mind." It is about a real mathematician, John Nash, who suffered from schizophrenia. He began to see numbers in everything. And conspiracy theories, too! Eventually he was diagnosed with schizophrenia. Because you have just tried to force your OCD/psychosis into a verse reference, that simply is not, and never will be 37. If that number was important in any way, shape or form, which it is not!

And the verse references are not inspired! They were created 1200 years after Jesus lived and died. Here is some history on verses and chapters, and when they were added, (thankfully, I might add!) to the Bible

"The chapter divisions commonly used today were developed by Stephen Langton, an Archbishop of Canterbury. Langton put the modern chapter divisions into place in around A.D. 1227. The Wycliffe English Bible of 1382 was the first Bible to use this chapter pattern. Since the Wycliffe Bible, nearly all Bible translations have followed Langton's chapter divisions.

The Hebrew Old Testament was divided into verses by a Jewish rabbi by the name of Nathan in A.D. 1448. Robert Estienne, who was also known as Stephanus, was the first to divide the New Testament into standard numbered verses, in 1555. Stephanus essentially used Nathan's verse divisions for the Old Testament. Since that time, beginning with the Geneva Bible, the chapter and verse divisions employed by Stephanus have been accepted into nearly all the Bible versions."

Again, if you feel attacked because people are pointing out the numerous errors of your ways, then perhaps it is time to look at yourself. Because, the propositions in this thread by you are utter nonsense, this post showing definitively that you do not understand math at all, and you are suffering from some sort of mental illness. Please see a doctor, this or of condition can be helped!

"But I say unto you, Thatevery idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in theday of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thoushalt be condemned." Matthew 12:37

Most people if not all are engaged in some sort of dialogue or debate concerning the word of God on this website. I think is safe to say we should choose our words very carefully and that it would be foolish for anyone to think that everything they have said or posted on this website concerning any topic is absolute truth, flawless, and without any error!

....lol....

Why the KJV Only needs to believe in so many absurd ideas?

Two Goliaths now...first I've heard of that. Do you really believe that? Btw, footnotes create doubt in truth.
You really need to do your homework before posting, instead of posting such ignorance. The 1611 KJV had footnotes! The whole point of the footnotes, then as now, is to bring clarification, by noting valid alternate wordings or other pertinent information. Lest ye argueth that the translators excluded alternate wordings, peradventure God will give thee insight as to His truth by this link:

Little children, let no one deceive you! The one who does what is right is righteous, just as He is righteous.

A man who is physically uncircumcised, but who fulfills the law, will judge you who are a lawbreaker in spite of having the letter of the law and circumcision.

The KJV contains the pure words of Scripture in the English language. If the "originals" were in English, it would contain the very words of the KJV.
This assertion is made up of whole cloth.....

I'm amazed at just how this topic has really taken off. King James....no King James......just from my personal experience, I love the King James, I hold it dear to my heart. Whenever I read it, it really blesses my soul, no matter what verse it is. I know it's the Word of God and the Holy Spirit speaking to me. I can't knock other translations, but I believe in my heart that the King James is the closest most accurate account. Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong, I'm not sure, I just know the Lord blesses my heart every time I read it, and I learn something new every time, and that's encouraging to my daily walk in Christ Jesus.

Wow, The 37th verses, chapters, mentions, word counts, even passages such as James 3:17 magically really mean 37! Just bold the 7, forget the 1 before it, and voila! John 3:17? It's really a 37!

Now we know that all the most important passages in Scripture are those some hornswoggle into a number 37!

KJVOnlyists are batty?

I will assert that every letter, number, period, semi-colon, and comma (and every other" jot" and "tittle" that I failed to mention) have been placed in the word of God by God Himself and nothing is by chance!

Not everyone has to be a missionary. Church has many positions, teaching or apologetics are some of them.

He also debates muslims, Jews, mormons, atheists etc, so I would not worry.

What is the basis of your belief that the KJV is the only word of God?

What caused you to believe this?
