You know what, I've been studying that closely with it magnified about 300% and the man did not propel himself with his feet because they were barely touching the ground when he flew up and back, nor did the guy in the black jacket yank him up, nor did the guy in the gray jacket push him. Something strange is happening here.. The only thing I can think of is that he is being pulled on a harness like a flying acrobat, but that would still be easy to spot as fake-looking movement. Hmmm....
