Is the Law love?

The Law commands love but it is not itself love.

The Law is death and condemnation to us because we are spiritually poor, we are carnal but the law is spiritual.

We are in need of a saviour from this death and condemnation.

Thankfully, we have the Lord Jesus Christ who shows us what real love is.
 
Love is how we fulfill the law. The law itself is not love, One can obey the law (by the letter) and never have love (of course, only God would know this, thats why he knew the pharisees, he knew their heart)

The law is the ministry of death,. Because whoever does not obey ever word from beginning to end is under a curse. Ads jams said, if we break even the least of the commands, we are guilty of the whole law. And stand judged.

The Pharisees did not keep or even try to keep the Law they made their own law:

For YHWH has commanded, saying, ‘Respect your father and your mother,’ ‘He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.’ But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me has been dedicated, is certainly released from respecting his father or mother.’ So you have nullified the command of YHWH by your tradition."Hypocrites! Well did Isayah (29:13-14*) prophesy of you, saying: These people draw near to Me with their mouth and honor Me with their lips, but have removed their hearts far from Me. But in vain they do worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men." [/FONT]

I have not everyone's post but the Law is Love. But a quick, simple, yet true answer is, if it were not for the Law how could we even know we fall short? Salvation is we fall for short? What do we fall short of? Perfection... Messiah... the Law(WHO FULFILLED IT IN ENTIRETY). We could not get Saved unless Someone fulfilled it... MESSIAH DID.... So we can be Saved.... IT IS LOVE!!!!!!!
