Yes, and for us that have actually been teenage girls (sadly that was several decades back in the land of ago LOL), we know how naive they can be. Not saying anyone on here is, but everyone, despite of age, should be careful. Men too, for that matter.

Soma always makes me think of the scented vapor used in the peoples’ homes in Aldous Huxley’s book Brave New World. The scented air was to make everything pleasant, dull the senses of the hoi poloi, and basically put them in a somnolescent state- everything sweet and happy and no one using their gray matter to think.

Which makes me think about word or phrase association. Just like Soma makes me think of the scents used to control people in Brave New World, the French phrase “La Vie En Rose” makes me think of the beautiful song by Edith Piaf.

If you have not read Huxley’s Brave New World, you should. It is a great book, worth a reread on my part. Books are miracles, real time machines. The only things that can transport us into the past or future.

So dredging up the past or harassing others is a "good thing"?that's news to me...
If memory serves correctly said individual,publicly apologized took full responsibility and vowed to be friendly though said individual already explained that they weren't seeking anyone explicitly,only telling how they felt about an individual and got railroaded like a freeway just as the other individual,and both individuals "haven't spoken romantically or explicitly" since and would rather have people "leave the past buried where it belongs" and let everyone start over as friends instead of as one individual said "beating a dead horse",seriously people make mistakes and life goes on if "people mind their own business" or "treat others as you would want to be treated" you know the things "mature" and "Christian" people do,then everyone can socialize harmoniously.

Loneliness and the feeling of being unwanted is the most terrible poverty. I know God is always with me however when it comes to humans it's much more difficult. Thank God he never abandons anyone, because people do. It's hard to trust anyone, I should be happy but it takes time.
 
I'm so glad that I eventually got saved through Jesus otherwise I probably would be a miserable wreck like my father.
 
Thinking on watching one of the movies I got for Christmas(kung fu panda,labyrinth) or playing pokemon leaf on my android...

I don't quite understand this post.

Are you stating something negative happened, but is no longer occurring?

Harassment is bad. I don't know who is harassing who.

As far as the past, it's a good measuring rod for the future.
