A drunkard, or glutton is a person who has squandered or rather forfeited their inheritance.
I believe their is a mention of these in both revelation and the Torah(Law)...And the Prophets.

Christmas is the time when Immanuel ; God, began to dwell with man on earth....
Christ is the savior of the world ! In a world of darkness, Christs' the only one bringing people out of the fire
And here we have ""believers"" trying to play church at their expense ..

How can someone in their right mind say that is pagan ????
Some people have become too holy for their own good...

Who cares what people do in general , Christians do what they want.. Celebrate Christ.
Its one of the few times a year Christ is even mentioned.

I think a believer, saying Christmas is pagan is one of many ignorant things one can say ..

Stupid part is ; besides ignorant Christians saying that ;
you have atheists wanting the same; to replace Christmas everything but Christ ...

The Bible notes Christmas a special time. You'd have a few screws loose to think otherwise...
Stop reading atheistic websites made for nothing more then to troll ignorant people ..
Or articles made up by people who read it .

I''d add this one other thought .
A Christian does not worship a tree. Do some believe that they're going to get cursed for being near a Christmas tree? Like grow up . It boarders on superstitious . And a Christian is Not supposed to be superstitious .

I think about the symbolism . The Bible uses trees symbolically for people throughout the Bible.
God even compares himself to a evergreen Tree. Christ is called the Tree of Life..
The Olive Tree produces the olives a believer anoints the sick with according to Gods instruction .
Christ's name is derived from that, meaning anointing; with oil of the olive .

And many of the parables Christ used with trees..

Other than that, its seasonal decoration at the very least, its ornamental, its not worshiped.

I'll give a extreme hypothetical. Pretend we have a friend that worships trees.
Say they invite you to dinner; and then dedicated the meal in prayer to the tree gods and squirrel fairies .
The food would remain food . It's of no consequence to a Christian, because we're supposed to be much smarter and know there are no such things tree gods and squirrel fairies..

Paul taught the same sentiment in his letters. We'd only refrain such interactions if it was offending a weak minded Christian perhaps new to the faith .

Other than that, Merry Christ-mas . Trees are just fun. Dont rob Christmas from kids or friends and family because you're a Grinch . That popular adage is true, dont throw the baby out with the bath water .. Not only is it ignorant, you also run the risk of offending kids who will think Christ stole the Tree.. And again, its also one of the few times a year Christ is even mentioned on TV or the conversation opens up for family and friends to plan seeds about Christ.

Just imagine all the people that converted on Christmas or learned about Christ for the first time, on Christmas
..

Noah got drunk........
I only wish to point out this subject because the Living Word moves throughout scripture.
Drunk as known today by the worlds accuser may not mean what some would suppose.
The word is also understood as full.
Genesis 9:21 Hebrew Text Analysis
Strong's Hebrew: 7937. שָׁכַר (shakar) -- to be or become drunk or drunken

And what this has to do with the op. I believe it is important for all the Lords children to come to the Truth.
To put aside all falseness.
Which in the case of there being a calendar day represented as Yeshua's birthday without any scripture or sound judgement to recognize.
Perhaps its time for a Fold of the Lords Flock to acknowledge the suspicion surrounding the subject.

I will leave something i once heard in the Spirit.
The Lord was born the same day He resurrected.

Then some yrs later i find that there are traditions that speak of this.

Pretend we have a friend that worships trees.
We are worshiping the handiwork of our own minds and imaginations.

Example: Meet Atlas, the Robot Designed to Save the Day
https://www.technologyreview.com/s/517136/meet-atlas-the-robot-designed-to-save-the-day/

A video of a robot named Atlas, the “world’s most dynamic humanoid,” performing
an impressive routine of box jumps and turns in the air, and finishing with a back flip.
https://www.bing.com/videos/search?...B96AC158DF3E4057470CB96AC158DF3E4&FORM=VRDGAR

Boston Dynamics had posted the clip on YouTube, and within a week
it had been viewed more than 11 million times.

SpaceX ceo Elon Musk was one of the millions who watched the clip.
He tweeted: “This is nothing. In a few years, that bot will move so fast
you’ll need a strobe light to see it.”

Humanity in the 21st century is just so incredibly smart.
The natural response to such technology is to marvel at
mankind’s astonishing intellectual power and progress.

Discussing the end times, Isaiah wrote: “Their land is filled with idols [and]
they bow down to the work of their hands, to what their own fingers have made.”

Our magical creations have separated us from God, just as Isaiah prophesied.
We “bow down to the work of their hands, to what their own fingers have made.”

Atlas the acrobatic robot, Facebook, Google, the iPhone:These are truly astonishing
inventions, but haven’t we really just replaced idols hewn from wood and stone with
those hewn from tungsten and silicate?

We are worshiping the handiwork of our own minds and imaginations.

I wondered why most people celebrate christ-mass when it was illegal 300+ years ago in America. And that people in the only testament were punished for tree worship/ Baal and grove etc.

Also, it apparently stems from Venus worship, a triangle covered with gold, silver, with a star above.

How and why do you excuse yourself???
If Christmas is such a paganistic holiday then why are most of the pagans offended by it? The bible says Christ was hung on a tree, Christ was was born to die, same as a Christmas tree.

The correct spelling is Christmas and not christ-mass. Apparently it stems from Santa Claus and Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer. I'm OK with that. I'm down with Frosty the Snowman too.

And your SOURCE(S) for that off-the-wall conclusion above are ... what, where and when?

Who was it that Bought us and our Freedom?
What was it ole paul said about being slaves to the Holy One Of Yisrael?
not by way of eye service, as men-pleasers, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart.

Jesus replied, A wicked and adulterous generation demands a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40For just as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41The men of Nineveh will stand at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and now One greater than Jonah is here.…
The time the people of Isra’el lived in Egypt was 430 years. 41 At the end of 430 years to the day, all the divisions of Adonai left the land of Egypt. 42 This was a night when Adonai kept vigil to bring them out of the land of Egypt, and this same night continues to be a night when Adonai keeps vigil for all the people of Isra’el through all their generations.

43 Adonai said to Moshe and Aharon, “This is the regulation for the Pesach lamb: no foreigner is to eat it. 44 But if anyone has a slave he bought for money, when you have circumcised him, he may eat it. 45 Neither a traveler nor a hired servant may eat it. 46 It is to be eaten in one house. You are not to take any of the meat outside the house, and you are not to break any of its bones. 47 The whole community of Isra’el is to keep it. 48 If a foreigner staying with you wants to observe Adonai’s Pesach, all his males must be circumcised. Then he may take part and observe it; he will be like a citizen of the land. But no uncircumcised person is to eat it. 49 The same teaching is to apply equally to the citizen and to the foreigner living among you.”

50 All the people of Isra’el did just as Adonai had ordered Moshe and Aharon. 51 On that very day, Adonai brought the people of Isra’el out of the land of Egypt by their divisions.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth

The meek also meaning humble, and earth as being land.

Psalm 37New International Version (NIV)
Psalm 37[a]
Of David.
1 Do not fret because of those who are evil
or be envious of those who do wrong;
2 for like the grass they will soon wither,
like green plants they will soon die away.

3 Trust in the Lord and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart.

5 Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in him and he will do this:
6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,
your vindication like the noonday sun.

7 Be still before the Lord
and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when people succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes.

8 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;
do not fret—it leads only to evil.
9 For those who are evil will be destroyed,
but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.

10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more;
though you look for them, they will not be found.
11 But the meek will inherit the land
and enjoy peace and prosperity.

12 The wicked plot against the righteous
and gnash their teeth at them;
13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
for he knows their day is coming.

14 The wicked draw the sword
and bend the bow
to bring down the poor and needy,
to slay those whose ways are upright.
15 But their swords will pierce their own hearts,
and their bows will be broken.

16 Better the little that the righteous have
than the wealth of many wicked;
17 for the power of the wicked will be broken,
but the Lord upholds the righteous.

18 The blameless spend their days under the Lord’s care,
and their inheritance will endure forever.
19 In times of disaster they will not wither;
in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.

20 But the wicked will perish:
Though the Lord’s enemies are like the flowers of the field,
they will be consumed, they will go up in smoke.

21 The wicked borrow and do not repay,
but the righteous give generously;
22 those the Lord blesses will inherit the land,
but those he curses will be destroyed.

23 The Lord makes firm the steps
of the one who delights in him;
24 though he may stumble, he will not fall,
for the Lord upholds him with his hand.

25 I was young and now I am old,
yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken
or their children begging bread.
26 They are always generous and lend freely;
their children will be a blessing.

27 Turn from evil and do good;
then you will dwell in the land forever.
28 For the Lord loves the just
and will not forsake his faithful ones.

Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed[c];
the offspring of the wicked will perish.
29 The righteous will inherit the land
and dwell in it forever.

30 The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom,
and their tongues speak what is just.
31 The law of their God is in their hearts;
their feet do not slip.

32 The wicked lie in wait for the righteous,
intent on putting them to death;
33 but the Lord will not leave them in the power of the wicked
or let them be condemned when brought to trial.

34 Hope in the Lord
and keep his way.
He will exalt you to inherit the land;
when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it.

35 I have seen a wicked and ruthless man
flourishing like a luxuriant native tree,

36 but he soon passed away and was no more;
though I looked for him, he could not be found.

37 Consider the blameless, observe the upright;
a future awaits those who seek peace.[d]
38 But all sinners will be destroyed;
there will be no future[e] for the wicked.

39 The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;
he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
40 The Lord helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God

Yes,
I not only read and study. I also listen to the Wonderfull Couselor in attentive consideration.

In the secret of prayer the Lord openly rewards me.
In turn what I learn in secret I openly proclaim from the rooftop..

A kind person once drew my focus to the three men mentioned by yecheskel (ezekiel) whose name meaning God strengthens reminds me of the strength of forgiveness every day.

Think on this for a moment and consider God's every promise given and upheld by Yeshua. Meet our Lord in the Cloud and ask what creature dreads Noah.
