this clay is formed when volcanic ash mixes with lake sediment then the lake dries up.
the claim is the clay has a negative electrical potential while toxins in our cells have a positive potential.
the effect on me is I started eating the rehydrated clay one tablespoon a day in the summer.
after 3 weeks, I started sweating out the clay which was mixed with dirt like ring around the collar.
now that it is winter, the clay is sweated out through the palms of my hand.
same ring around the collar dirt. clay seems to attach to the dirt that is inside my body.
it has to rubbed off or I guess it would flake off eventually.
the book to read is Calcium Bentonite Clay, by Perry A. Paper back or ebook.
Basically this is facial mask clay that is ground clean so it can be consumed into the digestion system.
The main thing is don't store it in metal or the clay will lose it's electrical charge.
I have noticed that my hands don't feel as cold this winter. Its like I have better circulation.

Hi enoch,

I've heard of bentonite clay, but not know if it is available here. Not found any nor heard of others using it here, but if it was, it is one thing i might have tried. People are so skeptical, even so fearful to use natural remedies like activated charcoal or herbs, when in reality prefer being cut by doctors in surgery whether major or minor. I was doing research on plants locally used medicinally, and wonder at how some seemingly useless, noxious weeds have been used by common folk here and elsewhere for health and healing. When used correctly, they may be more effective with less side effects than the unnatural things we take in as food or use on our bodies. Thank you for sharing on the clay.

This clay is used in various aquarium water purification
and treatment products for healthy fish and aquaria.

Easylife Water Conditioner is based on calcium bentonite clay
along with other minerals to absorb pollutants in the water.

The brand that is ok for human consumption is from Living Clay Co. Supplier: the power mall section of powerhournation.com. ships from UTAH.
labeled not for internal use but available from my local vitamin shoppe. Aztec Secret. advertised as a facial mask.
I ate 1 TBSP mixed with water per day of either brand.
Galen recommended clay. He was a Greek or Roman physician.
