It would be hard to classify something as 'most' random, but 'a' random fact is that there is an insect called a 'tree weta' that is something like a cross between a cockroach and cricket, but giant...like the size of your hand. They're blood has a special protein which does not allow them to freeze, (thus no dying due to winter), and during the winter they're brain and heart die, but somehow regenerate in spring. (Kind of like some weird zombie-bug)
