So a week ago I bought a game and it was for cheap. So cool score. Well it just occuried to me and I just confirmed it that it is indeed a reproduction copy. meeaning nintendo probably didnt get paid for it. However I already own a copy of it the reason I bought another was because the battery ran out (its a gba game) so I was wondering should I keep it? because its really no different then buying a battery and replacing it. Or am i just overthinking again?

Didn't you go through this a year or so ago? LOL.... If it's a reproduced (pirated illegal copy) then NO, you shouldn't keep it... You're too game-oriented.. lol

No idea if you're overthinking it, but I would think about it too.

Why not contact Ninetendo and ask them how they'd like you to deal with this? If they'd like to get paid, pay them. Matt. 5:23-24

So wait you bought the same game "twice" and you're worried if Nintendo got paid "once" to me it sounds like you paid Nintendo and a different company so really it's rather "even" on your money flow,I myself have bought from "multiple companies" for 1 game product I get having a guilty conscience but I really don't think that is "that important" after all you are "a game fan" and Nintendo is most likely one of your favorite "brand companies" so if you really feel so bad then yeah you could return the game, since you are "fine" either way or "buy something of equal or greater value purely Nintendo" simple.

But that's something you're paying for them then. This is something you haven't paid them for yet.
