No need to guess here God's Word makes it very clear....

Rom 3:19
Now we know that what things soever the law said, it said to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

If we break God's LAW (10 Commandments) we are guilty of SIN and condemned by the law. If we are forgiven we are no longer "UNDER the LAW guilty of SIN.
i think my definition fits very well with Romans 3

Galatians 4: 4. But when the fullness of the time came, God sent out his Son, born to a woman, born under the law, - Bible Offline

God's Spirit only testifies with our spirit if we are BELIEVING and FOLLOWING God's WORD. If you are breaking God's Commandments as the scriptures said earlier you are not following God neither do you know him.
yes, follow God's word and commandments!

2 Corinthians 3: 6. who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant; not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. - Bible Offline

Not sure how you see this scripture?
The workers of iniquity are those He does not know, so they aren't believers, though they profess to be christians. It reminds me of Cain, who was trying to be made righteous by his works, just like today many reject Jesus and instead try to get to God their own way, and adding on extra requirements for salvation, like shabbat for example (broad road).
God's Word is very clear here the Matt 7:23 "you who work iniquity" are those who practice SIN which God says is the breaking His Commandments (Romans 7:7; James 2:9-11; 1 John 3:4).

They do not KNOW God because they are SINNING (Breaking God's LAW) against him.

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

I think some are twisting the meaning of that scripture and claiming it's addressing believers who will lose their salvation and be called workers of iniquity because they failed to keep the shabbat and other commandments? In reality, it's addressing professing christians who were never saved, who present their rags of self, in place of faith in the blood of Jesus. The keywords in that scripture being "I never knew you," because they were never God's children. Many of them on judgment day may also be saying "but I kept the shabbat" :(
No one is saying that this is referring to BELIEVERS. Some here however do not know what it means to BELIEVE God's WORD.

The devils also believe yet they will not be saved.

The key words in that scripture are indeed never knew or they did not KNOW God because they were SINNING (work iniquity) against him.

So the real question we must all ask ourselves is; DO I KNOW JESUS?

HOW DO WE KNOW IF WE KNOW GOD?

1 John 2
3,
And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
4, He that said, I know him, and keeps not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Indeed those who WORK INIQUITY (SIN) do NOT KNOW GOD (Matt 7:23).

John 6:40: "And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”
I love this scripture, what does it mean to BELIEVE to you? The devils believe will they be saved as well?

ALL who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN WILL be LOST and NOT Enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

.................

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has lead many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day.

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

In times of ignorance God winks at but now ,<when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth has come> calls all men everywhere to REPENT (FOLLOW) (Acts 17:30-31).

I will answer your question if you can answer mine....

1. If someone is professing to be a follower of God and is living a life in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN; Are they in a SAVED state before God or an UNSAVED state before God?

2, Where in God's WORD does it say God's 4th Commandments is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to keep SUNDAY as a HOLY day?

Let's talk scripture please...

Jesus also made changes to the rules regarding murder and adultery
could he change worship day?

How did Jesus make any changes to the commandments on Murder or Adultery? Jesus only explained where SIN comes from (the Heart). Before Jesus even started talking about SIN from the heart he already told you that he is not changing God's LAW.

Matthew 5
17,
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.
18, For truly I say to you, Till heaven and earth pass, one stroke or one pronunciation mark shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19, Whoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

You may need to go re-visit the scriptures.

ALL who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN WILL be LOST and NOT Enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

Not really. When you combine Gal 4:4 with Romans 3:19-23 it is very clear what the meaning is....

Romans 3
19,
Now we know that what things soever the law said, it said to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
20, Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
21, But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22, Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ to all and on all them that believe: for there is no difference:
23, For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

The scripture says the woman was under the law (sinner) not Jesus. So Jesus was born of sinners but did not sin. This is why he is our perfect sacrifice to those who believe.

Rom 2:12
For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;

Nice so you agree then that if we are walking in the Spirit we will not be sinning (breaking God's Commandments) against God.

You preach it was Moses so you can use it to justify you religious traditions. But when Jesus rebuked the Pharisees He didn’t care about your religious traditions. He was letting His disciples know that what the Pharisees taught was incomplete and not what God had intended. You can make all the play on words you want. But You are preaching a lie when you say Jesus was speaking about Moses. I fully expect you to continue this lie as you depend on the lie that Jesus “chang d” God Laws so therefore He could have changed the “ day of worship “ which is the origin of your reason for telling this lie in the first place. I’m done playing these games with you.

dan. you and I are trying to have a rational , reasonable conversation with people who are neither. one ones to push assumptions, deconstruct and reconstruct Scripture based on things that are not in the text, all the while ignoring clear meaning of the text.

the other pushes ellen white propaganda.

I'm done with both of them. God help them to find salvation through Christ, and not the law.

The light shines in darkness; but the darkness does not understand. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. Light is come into the world, but men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. Every one that does evil hates the light, neither comes to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

But he that does truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Who can know the Word of God when there is no Word? How can you know the way when the road is dark and narrow when your lamp has gone out?

Only God's Word is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it.

yes, God's law written on our hearts
True if you BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's Word. If you are living in SIN (breaking God's Commandments) then the law of SIN and death is what you are living in because you have not accepted the GIFT of God's dear son and you do not KNOW him who calls you in LOVE to LOVE another.

It certainly wasn't Moses,Jesus said"them of old time" not any "one person".
