If ppl have the Spirit of Christ in them they don’t need to be birthed in Him.
Now he's teaching that Christ is mitigated to a mental image. Not the spirit of Christ in us, mind you, just a mental image.

This is what happens when people reject Christ's bride, church, become spiritual lone rangers, mock churches, and know more than everyone else...quite saddening.

This deals with progressive sanctification. As we mature in our walk with Him, we become more and more of His image.
Exactly and that’s what I meant by 2 Christ’s... the one we get at salvation and the one that slowly forms in our hearts and minds. That’s all I was saying when I said there were two Christ’s in a believer.

Exactly so what is the Christ Paul is trying to birth in them?
He’s using figurative language. In chapter 1, he expresses grief that some of them have went back to Judaism. He is using that language as his desire to get them back on the right track. Christians can make a mess of their lives, but God will send ppl to get them back on the straight-and-narrow, just as He used Paul in Galatia.

But there’s not two Christs in us. The Christ in our mind is not an image. He is a Person, not an image.

If that were true you wouldn’t have put the comments I made on your signature... Or at least the Christ in me wouldn’t do that to a fellow brother whom Christ died for.

I am showing ppl the error of not having a church to attend. It’s called a cautionary tale.

You made the statements, are still defending them, and now the above????

Or at least the Christ in me wouldn’t do that to a fellow brother whom Christ died for.
Yet, you won't go to church with those for whom Christ died because they're all wrong, and you're always right.

You need to take some advice from those who see your issues clearly; repent, and humbly see if any church would allow you membership upon said repentance. Then serve God there.

Of course I still defend what I said.

I really don’t care what you’re doing the Christ in me would NEVER do that to another person.
You said there’s two Christs. I understand now what you’re trying to express, but you’re still wrong, nonetheless.

You said the Christ in you is not the same Christ in those who come to understand Him differently than you did. You’re still saying there’s two Christs, btw.

You said you could [not] care less what the originals say. Yet the KJV translators didn’t express this flippant attitude you have expressed about Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek.

And you won’t recant your statements, repent of your blasphemies and are blaming me for making you look bad?

#pffffft!

Defend this heresy...

"The Christ in me IS NOT the same Christ that's in someone who came to understand Christ a different way than I did."
Is it not evident to you that the Christ my mind doesn't match the Christ in your mind. This is common sense, you and I don't see Christ and his word the same way. You have a different image of Christ than I do.

No, it’s evident your theology(literally study of God) is outta whack.

You’re saying that you have a different Christ in you than I do.

AND YOU DON’T SEE THE HERESY IN THAT STATEMENT!!!

There is only ONE Christ, and He indwells all believers.
