I cant even get a reply, I have sent probably 7 messages? and not even a single reply, nothing... I thought a thread may catch their attention.
Oh, I see, you mean a thread for the mods? Probably not a good idea. If they will not respond to a PM, they likely will be even less happy with a thread about it

Sometimes. If blessings flowed from him, then yes.
i see

and the God spoken if here

is this the true God?

Revelation 19: 1. After these things I heard something like a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, "Hallelujah! Salvation, power, and glory belong to our God: 2. for true and righteous are his judgments. For he has judged the great prostitute, who corrupted the earth with her sexual immorality, and he has avenged the blood of his servants at her hand."

Re: Hebrews chapter 4

As far as I am aware God's eternal law is the Ten Commandments, which Jesus enlarged on.

The Mosaic Law that demanded sacrifice was fulfilled by Jesus.

I posted above the list of the 613 laws in the Torah. I also posted a Wikipedia discussion about it. Jesus stated the law is in force until heaven and earth disappear.

If you read the list it is divided into 2 major subdivisions. The Do's and Don'ts.
Each of these are subdivided by topic.
Each topic might or might not apply to any specific person. Some of the topics are men, women, slaves, sacrifices, Israel, etc. Since we no longer have slaves that section doesn't apply in America. Sacrifices as well. Since those of us not living in Israel that section doesn't apply to us. Read the list!! Each specific law is pointed to the scripture for it.

Yes, that is the true God in the day of Judgement. In the meantime it is God's plan and purpose for all to turn to Him.

The Ten Commandments are for all time, but the law and the prophets of the Old Testament were until John the Baptist. Now we have a new High Priest and new commandments. Jesus fulfilled the Old Law.

The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.
(Luk 16:16 KJV)

Read one more verse:

Luke 16:16-17, "The Law and the Prophets were until John, since that time the Kingdom of YHWH is preached, and every man is pressed to enter it. But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one yodh of the Law to fail."

The law will never fail, but God is able to change it.

Incorrect.

Matthew 5:13 to 20 NIV
Jesus saying he came to fulfill the law and the prophets.

Salt and Light
13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

The Fulfillment of the Law
17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19 Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Also happened to me years ago on another site when they made changes to their format and I lost my password....there are different things that can go wrong outside your control.

Jesus did fulfil the Mosaic Law that required sacrifice once and for all.

I'm putting you on ignore.

Re: Hebrews chapter 4

Jesus put it this way, "pick up your cross and follow me"
That has nothing to do with the Mosaic Law.

Actually it might have, it introduces a new dimension into Judaism that moves everything for the Jews forward, including humility.

I remember Shroom very well and he admits he knows me, so someone has their wires crossed and it isn't me.

The Shrume here has not posted for awhile. He is the Shroom from Bible-Discussions. Shamah is not him. Shroom does not believe Christ was GOD and does not keep the Sabbath.

I do not know Shrume, someone else mentioned him in conversation, but I know shroom from Bible discussions and I know he does not believe in the Trinity. The personalities and belief's are identical and it looks as though this guy does not believe in the Trinity either. The likeness is remarkable. There is also someone on here called Shroom2 and they have been banned.
