I recently built a '16x16' she'd in Hoopa, with a stick framed roof-by myself! I now realize I'm too old to continue doing construction.

The term help meet in Hebrew is actually ezer k’enegdo. Ezer
is most frequently used to describe how God is an ezer to man.
