I wear makeup every single day, it's part of my morning routine. But most people don't even know that I wear any because I don't use much and it's all very natural looking. Wearing makeup each morning helps me to feel more confident, and helps to accentuate the features that I like about myself. What's wrong with that? You can't even tell I'm wearing any, and I only take a few minutes to get ready each morning. I think it becomes a concern only when girls wear so much makeup that it changes their appearance completely and is very obvious that they have a lot of makeup on. Other than that, go for it girls!

Makeup happens because most men look better as they age (i.e., Sean Connery, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, etc.) and we just get old. :)
Sister, if you need makeup, DAB it on!!!!

BUT, if you're leaving your face on his shoulder or all over the phone...that's kinda nasty..ack ack ack

Lots of girls claim that there is makeup that supposedly no-one can tell is being worn.

I'm wondering why you wear it then, if it supposedly has no discernable difference on your appearance.

All makeup is noticeable.

If people only truely knew what all those big words listed on the packaging actually were. No one would use cosmetics as they would be too scared.

I like my make up. And I'm glad your not in charge. Have fun and think about something else for God sake.

I was laughing so hard on this...haha

I’ve been here in cc for a while and this is the first time I got to click on this thread…sharp you’re crazy! Hehehehe can’t believe someone on this earth has that kind of thinking! Are you really serious?

I love make up, but I don’t wear much, than lipstick, powder and a bit blush-on …reason… I don’t really know how to put make-up on my face.:( Lol. I’m not really a girly girly type of a girl.
If I knew it , I would love to spend time painting my face, and eyes too. lol.:D

Wearing make-up is not a big deal, it’s a girl thing so just live with it. Hehe
As long as it’s not overused of course, just to add color to the face.

But seriously, i admire you for wanting simplicity in this life... you're one of a kind.;)

I like make up, I don't always wear it,

When I model i usually wear some.

I don't like the "normal" make up colors though, I prefer make up from hot topic, got some awesome colors there.

This topic is way too long to read through everything... but I personally cannot say that I like make-up. I do not like the philosophy of it. I prefer the natural look over the unnatural look. To me, make up is essentially a mask covering the real thing.

Girls are free to wear it, and I wouldn't be upset if I were dating someone that uses it sometimes. However, I do not like the attitude where some people think that they cannot be seen without it. I mean, honestly, what if that equated to the first time you see your wife without her make up is after you get married? o-o that'd be really weird. You wake up after your first night and you say "hello how are you this morni- WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH MY WIFE?!?!"... obviously that is a horrible exaggeration :p

I also just can't stand the way it looks when you can visibly tell 100% that someone is wearing it. It looks pretty stupid to me. Especially the stuff that goes around the eyes.

The correct answer is YES.

Why?

Becuase it makes me want to vomit, that's why!

Whoever you are, woman or man, YOU DON'T NEED IT!

If you don't like the way you look, the worst thing you can do to yourself is put paint all over your face.

It's just so gross!!!!!!!

I hate the way lip gloss shines when the light hits it. I hate the way eye shadow leaks when it gets wet. I hate the way foundation comes off and you can see two different face colours. And I HATE fake nails! And I HATE the way all of this stuff smells! Its nauseating!!! HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE!

If you wear makeup, please tell me why you think you need it, and I'll tell you why you don't.

Sharp.

your gross

You know instead of using make-up people could wear latex masks. We could look like anyone we wanted too on that day with no health risks. This could be the biggest thing since sliced bread. I must do a patent search.

Like I said, I wear makeup almost every day. I don't think I look much different when I don't wear it, it doesn't change my appearance in any way, but it makes me feel a bit more confident about myself when I walk out the door and go to work each morning. What's wrong with that?

In fact, I've been told by people that I'm so lucky I don't need to wear any makeup each morning.. even though I do wear it. They have no idea, I feel better about myself, it doesn't "change" my appearance- it only makes me feel more comfortable about it (i.e. under eye circles = gone with makeup). Again, I must ask. What's wrong with that?

I only wear makeup maybe once or twice a year on a rare occasion of going out to something special. I put makeup once for online dating pics, and then felt like a fraud. What if I actually started going out with someone and they thought I looked like that all the time?
bleh, makeup is too much hassle for me. Its a chore to put on and take off, and I feel self conscious when I wear it.
Its so hard to win. Some men state they like women dressed up and attractive all the time. Other men say they hate it.

Sure thing. "Heathen! Heathen!" Lol
noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Well the next best thing to banning makeup is a huge tax on it. You should consider this at your store.

After that the next best thing is to put poison in it to discourage use. You could consider this too.

Hmmmmmmmm,

1. I live in America. Taxes, high taxes, are a given. haha
2. I sell more skin care than makeup which means I'd be teaching ladies to be proper stewards of the skin God has given them.
3. I really don't wanna end up in prison!

I don't see any reason why guys shouldn't be allowed to wear make-up......lol

We should treat cosmetics they way we do cigarettes- raise the prices so no one will buy as much anymore! Just kidding around.lol
