I would say the animals’ cerebellum is probably more developed than the humans’ based on my studies of coordination and cognitive functions of the two.

I agree. Do you think this is because we use it less for this, wish us humans being lazy and having little use for it now, or just because it was made that way from the start?

Comprehensive studies over the last sixty or seventy years clearly show the cognitive functions of the human cerebellum have greatly depreciated, and that in a matter of decades, perhaps years, the human species will no longer be the dominant species on earth, sorry to say.
