I get what your asking so much. As my parents arnt religious so i had to find religion on my own and i have kissed a guy before but i regret it so bad it makes you think that that guy is in love with you and i was able to stand up for myself and tell that guy i didnt want sex before mariage. It causes a blind spot and it can make you blieve anything as my best friend would tell you.

Im a strong believer in growth and sometimes walking on slippery slopes is the best for it! If you look outside the box on this one it might help with what im saying.
In regards to sexual sin the Bible always says to flee. Like from the example of Joseph. If you fight with sexual temptation you're gonna lose everytime. Joseph lost his garment, but kept his purity. Outside the box? I look inside the Scriptures.

Unfortunately the second part is not always true... I've known many people who have started kissing, which started their hormones a blazin', which led to immorality. There's always a first step to sin regardless of the sin.

And my growth comment was just in reference to the Slippery slope remark I agree you shouldnt ever push past your comfort zone in a relationship. But i do believe that fincially spiritually and physicaly some times you wont see growth unless you take some risk

Yeah, most should be able to draw a line. If you cant then that is one thing. But I have no issues with kissing. I mean if you can control the temptation then it isnt an issue. It's like saying don't go to the beach because youre tempted to look at girls in bikinis....
Its dumb. There is a huge difference between being tempted to sin and actually doing it.

That's actually an excellent reason to not go to the beach and one of my major ones, Psalm 101:3 and Job 31:1. There is a difference between the temptation and the sin, but if you play around with the temptation, you will end up falling into sin.

O this isn't an argument at all. I have standards which are supported with Scripture, while others just "go with the flow" because of what they like or feels good, or because others do it. When you or others say "I don't think" that holds no authority to me, because it isn't what man says, or what man says God says, it's about what the Bible says, either directly, or indirectly through illustrations, allusions, or stories. And because I have standards, I don't have to worry about falling into immoral sin, because I stay away from it. As I said earlier, for Christians, I hope you are reading this: YOU CAN'T FALL IF YOU STAY OFF SLIPPERY SLOPES!

A romantic kiss is different than a greeting kiss. Especially if a dude kisses another dude. I don't think that's lustful lol

Interesting discussion! I'm with you, Crypto. Of course, it is easier to just say what we think or feel, or to say "the Bible doesn't SAY not to..." but the Bible is full of principles that aren't directly stated. Basically, something I have been learning lately is not to "use liberty for an occasion to the flesh". We are supposed to do everything, everything, to the glory of God. If I kissed a guy, would that bring glory to God? No, it would give both of us wrong feelings for each other. I want to be thinking about how all of my actions affect Jesus Christ.
Find me where in the Word it say thou shall not kiss, and i'll agree. Otherwise its not factual. And i want to see something about kissing, not it might lead you into sin. Well bad drivers tempt me to sin but it doesnt mean i shouldnt drive. So find something concrete, instead of your personal opinions.Thanks, am glad to see you have standards based on the Word.
Principles are important. There are many things the Bible doesn't say, but there are principles that hold. Show me in the Bible where it says smoking is wrong, it doesn't say that, but there are verses that would cover smoking, like 1 Cor. 10:31, 1 Cor. 6:19-20, etc. Even the OT laws didn't cover every possible thing, but they set forth principles that would allow one to make a good judgment, and in Paul's lists of sins, he doesn't cover every possible thing but gives principles. I have quoted several scriptures in other posts that give the principles.Also, I think you have completely missed the point. If something doesn't give glory to God, abstain from it. Two unwed people kissing doesn't give glory to God. Sorry to say, but it doesn't. It's giving away intimacy before there is commitment (marriage covenant).

driving doesnt give glory to god and neither does your car. See what i did there. And you all can do your whole non-kissing thing. I see nothing wrong with and until God tells me otherwise, won't. Same general thing with smoking or drinking. And don't pull up the your body is a temple. Because unless you eat the perfect diet and have a perfect physique, you arent honoring it either. So lay down that cheeseburger before you try to talk about smoking. Cheers!
