he didn't answer me either
and by the way, I certainly do not disagree with you all the time
I prefer to not talk about loosing salvation (I think an argument can be made in either direction but not going to make one because of the confusing posts concerning the commandments of Jesus and the strawman arguments they seem to engender)
I honestly see confusing works, fruit and obedience as one of the major problems the OSAS crowd has in that they will pretty consistently come back with 'no one said we can continue to sin'
really, the ONLY answer to that quip, is 'no one said you said that'
it really becomes a little brother to the OSAS 3000 thread
I think it is common for men to have disagreements especially given all the different doctrines out there. Disagreements lead to pride, which should lead to humiliation, which is the greatest medicine for man there is IMO. I have learned a great deal from my participation on this forum and have been corrected several times, and humiliated, which I am in need of.
I enjoy your point of view and I don't always disagree with you either.
I also know I am nothing special. God isn't going to come down in a bright light and correct me. He is going to use someone, probably someone I don't know, to spark me to consider another view or consider His Word I may have missed or forgotten.
I look for this in almost every post on this forum, at least I strive to.
OSAS is a dangerous doctrine we have been warned of for centuries. "Saying Peace, Peace, when there is no peace".
Thank you for the thoughtful reply.
