It is for the very parable that you quoted. The wheat and the tares parable is about good believers (the wheat) who are strangled and left dry and eventually fall to temptation (tares) and lose their gift. The parable of the sower is trying to tell you the same thing, that you can lose your gift if you fall amoung rocky soil and cannot put down roots strong enough to withstand the sun and you eventually whither and die and give up your gift.
Um, no... the wheat and tares represent believers and non believers. It even clearly states that the tares are sons of the devil. If you're not in Christ then you're in Adam, a son of disobedience, and the devil is your father. We continually see the two opposing sides mentioned throughout the scriptures... sheep & goats, narrow and broad road, Abel & Cain, etc.

The soils all represent the heart condition of a person. The parable is given specifically to believers, because it's concerning evangelism, so it's letting us know what to expect when sharing the gospel with the lost world.....

There will be hard hearts, like the Pharisees, like concrete where the truth will just bounce off of them and nothing gets through. The stony soil is the false convert that responds emotionally. They have a self love, and only want Jesus for what He can do for them, like blessings, etc. The thorny soil is the double minded person who wants Christ but they also want the world. This is like the Rich ruler (Matthew 19). Note the connection with the crown of thorns here too.

Each time I read about the thorny soil I can't help but think of the prosperity gospel, where they are saying you can have Jesus + the world. This is a lie. Jesus and thorns can't coexist. As we read here, just one of many....

James 4:4-5: "Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously?"

But we learn from it that the issue is the person's heart. Soil is naturally hard and has weeds and thorns, but God is the one that ploughs the soil. He is the one that draws them. John 6:44: "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him"

The work of Abraham did not have some kind of intrinsic merit to save him, but it showed or manifested that his faith was genuine.
Even going back to the beginning. Adam didn't name his wife straight away. She was always called "the woman". But after sin and death entered the world, and God promised to send a redeemer (seed of the woman), it was then that Adam decided to name her Eve "mother of all living"..... so clearly he believed God.

Also that when Eve gave birth to Cain (think he was the first born?) she first thought he might be the one God was sending.

I'm just saying since it was Jesus that saved us, maybe we should listen to ALL His instructions and not just those which allow us our version of "freedom".

A perfect example of this is the scripture you use to support your freedom.

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

You missed that keyword "unrighteous". Those lifestyles are said to be engaged in continually by those who are not saved, because these people are of the world and have not been convicted of their sins.

You didn't include V11, which concludes it: "And such were some of you. But you (believers) were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God"

The distinction is made there. V11 addresses believers who have been made alive in Christ, who are no longer of the world. We're not sinless, but the point is that we don't have the same appetites that we did before we were saved. We've become new creatures in Christ.

The things we used to love, we now hate... and the things we used to hate, we now love! :)

I have never wanted to take control of it back from HIM, HE is doing a far greater job of running my life, than I ever did.

No, we are NOT SINLESS, but our ongoing lifestyle is the one who continually strives to do what GOD commands, because you love HIM.

While the one NOT born again, will continually serves SELF by trying to make GOD feel OBLIGATED TO SAVE YOU.
There is a difference between sonship and fellowship. You can also be your parents' son without obeying them.

Again and again, we do not believe that you can earn your way to our Salvation.

God has given us our free agency and so he will never put us on the end of a rope and become his puppets. If you sinner like me, then Jesus is not controling your life, otherwise it would be sinless. You run your life. You make the critical decisions, but now you have Jesus as a go to God and the HG to help you with your decisions, and you are doing a far better job than you ever have. Good going, and may Jesus continue to be with you.

That is a sign of a person that is truely born again. There are several signs of a truely born again person.

1) their appetites change. What they used to enjoy that was unrighteous, they now hate. What they used to not enjoy that was of a righteous nature they now love. Good sign.

2) they are much more inclined to good works. Before you are saved, you could pretty much care less about other people, you were the center of your life and it is you that you took care of first. Now as a born again, other people and their peace and comfort are more interesting to you and you are willing to give of yourself to take care of Jesus's needy people.

3) you pray more and ponder more and read the bible more and the spirit it with you so you do things differently now.

These signs follow those that are born again and saved in the KOG.

PAUL’S QUESTION IS:

Romans 3:31 Do we, then, NULLIFY the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law.

HE ALSO SAID,

Romans 3:3-4 What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith NULLIFY God’s faithfulness? Not at all! Let God be true, and every man a liar. As it is written: “So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge.”

GOD PUTS AND WRITES THE LAW IN OUR HEARTS AND MINDS.

Hebrews 8:10 This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

Hebrews 10:16 “This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds.”

...NOT JUST TO THE JEWS WHO WERE CIRCUMCISED IN THE FLESH BUT ALSO TO THOSE WHO WERE CIRCUMCISED IN THE HEART.

Romans 2:28-29 A man is not a Jew if he is only one outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. No, a man is a Jew if he is one inwardly; and circumcision is CIRCUMCISION OF THE HEART, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a man’s praise is not from men, but from God.

AND CHRISTIANS ARE ABLE TO FULFILL AND UPHOLD THE LAW IN THEIR HEARTS AND MINDS BECAUSE OF THE LOVE THAT WAS POURED INTO THEIR HEARTS.

Romans 5:5 And hope does not disappoint us, because GOD HAS POURED OUT HIS LOVE INTO OUR HEARTS by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

AND THERFORE, “LOVE IS THE FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW.”(romans 13:10)

1 John 3:16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.

1 John 5:2-3 This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome,

2 John 1:6 AND THIS IS LOVE; THAT WE WALK IN OBEDIENCE TO HIS COMMANDS. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you WALK IN LOVE.

They state clearly that the Jesus they follow is not the Jesus of the bible...their Jesus is weak, inept and a liar incapable of keeping his word and or promises....regardless of what they peddle.....

My bible is clear...

Saved eternally by faith with no works attached to gain it
Kept by the power of God
Jesus begins, finishes and competes the work of faith in us
Sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise unto the day of redemption
Eternal life means exactly that....!

Why does he have a rude awakening one day. If you are going to err, you err on the side of good works. So Shamah has received the HG and been born again, which by your theology, he is saved. Now if he believes that good works are good to do, what will get in his way of being saved. Is God going to say, you were saved, but did too many good works in my name, I will send you to hell. Not.

Just remember, according to gracers, Shamah is saved, having been born again and saved. So what if he does a few good works for the road.

They state clearly that the Jesus they follow is not the Jesus of the bible...their Jesus is weak, inept and a liar incapable of keeping his word and or promises....regardless of what they peddle.....

Saved eternally by faith with no works attached to gain it
Kept by the power of God
Jesus begins, finishes and competes the work of faith in us
Sealed by the Holy Spirit of promise unto the day of redemption
Eternal life means exactly that....!

Why does he have a rude awakening one day. If you are going to err, you err on the side of good works. So Shamah has received the HG and been born again, which by your theology, he is saved. Now if he believes that good works are good to do, what will get in his way of being saved. Is God going to say, you were saved, but did too many good works in my name, I will send you to hell. Not.

Just remember, according to gracers, Shamah is saved, having been born again and saved. So what if he does a few good works for the road.

CAN YOU PROVIDE SCRIPTURES THAT SAYS JESUS WAS “CURSED" ASIDE FROM PAUL’S? I DON’T MEAN THAT HE HIMSELF CALLED JESUS “CURSED" BUT ONLY THOSE WHO TEACH A GOSPEL OF ANOTHER KIND WHICH IS NO GOSPEL AT ALL.
