Ever recorded yourself using Audacity software? You can do track after track after track, and then mix it anyway you want. It’s a free download. You need also to download the LAME plug-in to convert it to an mp3 file, if that is what you want to do.

Put your thumb on the table, only the outer joint. Place the bottom part of the plate towards it. same with the knife and fork,
they can be on one side each (knife on right) or both on the right side. glass just above the knife.
