You should NEVER believe you know what another person is thinking or about to say with any kind of certainty, as you apparently did. You're backtracking mighty fast, now.

Phil I say it is you who are the heretic holding on to a man made Roman Catholic doctrine. Protestants left the false teachings of the perpetual virginity of Mary, purgatory, praying to the saints ect...Yet you hold to the Trinity and condemn others that dont. I feel sad for you.

God is Spirit, but God is the Father, Jesus is God the Son (God-man) 2nd person of the trinity, and the Holy Spirit is Spirit the third person of the Trinity.

So your saying God is 3 persons, and 2 spirits?. that is not what Jesus said. Jesus said God is a (singular) Spirit, and so does Paul. Does you believing that God the Father is a Spirit, and the Holy Spirit is a separate Spirit make you a heretic on your way to Hell?

God is one in nature. God is three in manifestations. God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.

Close but not there yet. God is one in nature. God's essence is shared amonst three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Each of which fulfills a different functional role. Now you've got it
