Could some one tell me where this quote is found in the Bible?
""If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you."
Jesus Christ"
I thought the blood of Christ is what saved us and Jesus told us to have FAITH in Him?

I'm not assuming that here G9. Was the God who gave Abraham Commandments, the same God who gave Moses Commandments? That is another discussion.

What it seems like to me, is that the Word which became Flesh blessed Abraham because He gave Abraham HIS Instructions and Abraham trusted in Him enough to follow them. This was later called "FAITH". It was "BECAUSE" of this that Abraham and his seed were blessed. At least according to the text.
Since the Bible is the inspired word of God please explain Moses receiving the 10 Commandments from God be a different God than that of Abraham!!

You border on heresy!! But then you quite often do!!

Example
Jesus prophecied that his return would be seen by the whole world and the world would mourn.

You turn that into just Israel or Jerusalem and in the spirit world only. Thus you modify the scripture especially the words of Jesus Christ!!! Hang your head in shame for changing scripture!!!

It does not get any plainer..........Our righteous works have ZERO to do with Salvation!

English Standard Version
he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,

Berean Study Bible
He saved us, not by the righteous deeds we had done, but according to His mercy, through the washing of new birth and renewal by the Holy Spirit.

Berean Literal Bible
He saved us, not by works in righteousness that we did, but according to His mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,

New American Standard Bible
He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit,

King James Bible
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
You love to beat a dead horse so much you put on blinders about the place of works.

James stated he would show you his faith by his works!!!

You keep trying to say in that passage he meant something else. To me that Section of scripture is very plain. Your attempts to change the very plain scripture falls on deaf ears since it doesn't make sense.

Listen pal.....I ignore nothing.....you have proven your inability to comprehend what James is actually saying....and you spoke volumes when you said. "FAITH IS NOT ENOUGH TO SAVE".....you teach and peddle a false gospel of works for salvation...end of story...get honest about what you actually peddle on this site...........

That quote is not from the bible.
it is from the 'gospel of Thomas' which is pretty much universally understood to be non-canonical work of a gnostic cult ((definitely not Thomas, and definitely not scripture)) from the first couple centuries AD.

interesting to give us a glimpse into what heretics were teaching and thinking in those days.

It is a "Gnostic writting", I hope this helps it did for me. And I was told that flying frogs are a gnostic symbol as well. God forbid we should promote "Gnosticism" on this International Christian website.

What is the Gospel of Thomas?
The Gospel of Thomas is a collection of 114 sayings of Jesus that was discovered in 1945 at the village of Nag Hammadi in Egypt. Before the Nag Hammadi discovery, very little was known about the Gospel of Thomas other than three small fragments from Oxyrynchus that date to 200 A.D. and roughly a half dozen allusions from church fathers.

Even though the Gospel of Thomas is perhaps the earliest, most popular, and best "Gnostic" Gospel around, it does not belong in the New Testament since it was written in the second century at a time when all of the apostles of Christianity had already died.

God bless
