the Scripture you gave out of 1st Corinthians 15 says Christ rose on the 3rd day. the same thing I said. on sunday, the first day of the week, as Scripture also says.
True scripture says he rose on the 3rd day....but it does not say SUNDAY....which you insist upon. IF Yashua was risen sometime during the hours of sat/sun night then counting back 3 full days (72 hours) he would have had to be also buried during night time...BUT HE WAS NOT....He was buried BEFORE sunset which means he rose BEFORE sunset. Saturday is the only sunset BEFORE sunday morning....can you not work it out ? Had Jesus been buried on thursday as you claim then 3 days after would have been LATE sunday....but he was already risen and gone from the place very early sunday morning.. ..he had resurrected before !sunrise in EXACT Fitting into scripture. (I did give you them but can give them again and you can add up for yourself).
Please Gb believe scripture ! Why do you HATE the Sabbath....don't you LOVE God enough to agree with HIS choice of HOLY day ?

I do not hate the Sabbath . the truth is simple- gentiles were never commanded to keep it.

what I do not like is the made up story that Jesus rose on the Sabbath. sorry, not true.

jews did not count days like we do. I'll go over it again- Jesus died on thur. ( 1 ). was in the tomb on the Sabbath. ( 2 ). Sabbath ENDED at sundown on sat. the women did not go to the tomb till " early on the morning on the first day of week" ( 3 ). ( Jesus rose sometime during the night,).

nowhere does it say 72 hours. Sabbath has 0 to do with salvation. if you or anyone chooses to keep it , that is fine. just do not try to compel others to do so.

John 6:44,45
43 Then Yeshua answered and said to them, “Do not grumble with one another.

44 “No one is able to come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him. And I shall raise him up in the last day.

45 “It has been written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught by YHVH Everyone, then, who has heard from the Father, and learned, comes to Me. (Isaiah 54:13, Jeremiah 31:34)

John 7:15-19
15 And the Jews were marvelling, saying, “How does this Man know letters, not having learned?”

16 Yeshua answered them and said, “My teaching is not Mine, but His who sent Me.(Deuteronomy 18:15-20)

17 “If anyone desires to do His desire, he shall know concerning the teaching, whether it is from Elohim, or whether I speak from Myself.

18 “He who speaks from himself is seeking his own esteem, but He who seeks the esteem of the One who sent Him is true, and no unrighteousness is in Him.

19 “Did not Moses give you the Torah? Yet not one of you does the Torah! Why do you seek to kill Me?”

Incorrect; that would be a "Messianic Jew". A Judaizer is one who tries to enforce observance of Jewish law on Christians who were never Jews.
I apologize, I was incorrect. I am still learning not to repeat something just because I heard it form someone else without looking it up myself. good lesson, thank you.

again, if one just quotes scriptures, there is no question.
But if one adds their own commentary, then they are no longer saying "just what the Bible says".

That is why it's called "Prophesy" and not just reading. And that's why Prophesy is called a gift that everyone doesn't have, but should strive for.

9 Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?

11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

John 6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. (Well, there goes the "come as you are" doctrine)

There is a true meaning of this scripture.

Every person on this forum knows Jesus isn't telling us to physically eat His Flesh and drink His Blood. But that's what it says, right Dan? Are you telling me that Jesus is saying we should find His Flesh and eat it before we can enter His Kingdom? Or is this another reason to discount much of the Bible's Words altogether as not truth?

But there is another option. Maybe the Jesus is right and the meaning is Spiritual, and this Spiritual meaning is granted to some and not to others?

How can a person receive the true meaning of this scripture? By attending a church and believing the words of a preacher that transgresses the Commandments of God by their own religious traditions? That didn't work for the people who listened to the Mainstream Preachers of Christ's time. Why would it work for you?

As I said before, everyone on this forum Prophesies Dan. Even you. If you want to act as if you don't, well honesty can be a hard thing, especially with ones self.

John 14:
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

It's not an easy thing to truly "believe" in the Word which became Flesh.

Jewish Law, or as it is called now, "Talmud", are not the Commandments of God, but Commandments of men, as Jesus said. It is true that these religious men did try and push their religion, which according to Jesus, "Transgressed the Commandments of God by their own traditions", on to the Gentiles as they did the Jews. This is why James and Peter turned the Gentiles away from the Pharisees and religious leaders from Jerusalem, and towards the Commandments of God in Acts 15.

But it is also important to note that ALL people are required to "repent", and turn to God, even Gentiles. Now the Bible says "turn to God" not turn to religious doctrines created by the Commandments of men, or religious traditions which "transgress the Commandments of God".

This truth seems to get lost sometimes IMO.

the truth is gentiles were never commanded to keep the Law/Sabbath. the O.T. and N.T are different. Acts 15 does not command gentiles to go to synagogue.

now, something we agree on, keep this in mind- most do not know what the Talmud says about Jesus.

Jesus dies on Passover, surely you must believe that. At sundown on Passover starts the High Sabbath for the "First Day of Unleavened Bread". This is why He needed to be taken down and buried before sundown.

If He died on Wednesday, then Thursday would have been the High Sabbath, and Friday was the day Mary went to buy and prepare Spices.

Luke 23:53 And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid.

54 And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on. (First Day of Unleavened Bread)

55 And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid.

56 And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day (Saturday) according to the commandment.

If Passover had fallen on Thursday that week, the Friday and Saturday would both be Sabbaths. And Mary would not have purchased and prepared Spices for His burial.

Wed. night, Thur. night, Fri. Night, 3 nights as Jesus said.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday. 3 Days as Jesus said.

If He died on Thursday evening.

Thur. night, Friday Night, Sat. Night. 3 nights.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 3 days.

He would have risen sometime before sundown Sunday Night, just before the dawning of Monday.

But the scriptures are clear, He had already risen by the time Mary left her house after God's Sabbath and went to the grave.

If it wasn't for Constantine's religious traditions, there wouldn't even be a question about it. Man made Religious traditions are a strong influence on man's mind. That is why Jesus was so against them.

Numbers 21:8
With him I speak face to face, clearly and not in riddles; he sees the form of the LORD. Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?"

John 1:18
No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

John 8:57,58
57 You are not yet fifty years old,” they said to him, “and you have seen Abraham!”

58“Very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!” 59 At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds.

Is Yeshua a liar?

is it so far fetched to believe that Yeshua was the the Moses and Abraham talked to?

Is Yeshua constricted by time and space?

Here is another question.

If the "trinity" doctrine is correct is the Holy Spirit a being?

John 10:30, "I and My Father are one".
John 14 v.16- Jesus - "i will pray the Father and He will give you another Advocate '

John 14 v.28 Jesus- my Father is greater than I.

oneness is a lie. did Jesus say He would pray to Himself and send Himself back? no.

stop blaspheming studyman. you are mocking the Lord and Savior.

You got to work the Holy Spirit in that equation as well. Excellent reply.
It is my understanding that this "One" is Spirit. I never understood how man could separate God from Jesus, or separate them from their Spirit. But they do.

How true, as stated in the book of John, "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was with God from the beginning...".

If the "spirit" got Mary pregnant wouldn't the spirit be Yeshua's Father?

or did the awesome Power of the most high Elohim come upon Mary and create a baby inside her?
