Can someone please tell me what is this all about?
It is all about the failure of the Secretary of Homeland Security to shut down the southern border of the USA when they had ample warning that a migrant invasion was on its way. It was plain stupidity to talk about asylum seekers when illegal migration was the actual issue.

I always thought when the parents commit a crime they cannot take their children to prison with them?? Child protective services takes the children and provides temporary custody of the children until the parents are adjudicated through the legal system.

Word of warning: don't do the crime if you can't do the time don't do it.

What we have here is the ultra progressives giving special accommodation to criminals who endeavor to enter this country by means other than those established in the law. They become criminals the minute they enter illegally.

Rob a bank if you are a citizen your children may be taken into state custody if there are no family willing to keep them. Even then if the family is not acceptable the state may still intervene.

The love of the lord overruled the laws of the bible 2000years ago. and in case of a contradiction let me quote "choose ye today who ye will serve. As for me and my household, we choose the Lord!"

The love of the lord overruled the rule of law 2000 years ago. Choose ye today who ye will serve, for me and my household, we choose the Lord. Being a Christian means more to me than being an American I would rather die for the love of Christ, than live for the law regardless what party dictates otherwise.

Christ never promoted lawlessness. We are to render unto God the things that are Gods and unto Caesar the things the are Caesars.

Love is removing children from the danger their parents have drug them into.

Foolhardy grandiose posturing. Civil order is to be maintained. You are promoting anarchy. Civil law is not against Gods law. Civil law is to be administered with compassion but not without consideration of others wellbeing.

compassion without consideration sounds like an oxymoron to me. But what about enforcing the Monroe Doctrine or the war on drugs, using military action?

Peace with our neighbors is one thing but if your neighbor was beating his wife and children wouldn't you do something? Like maybe call the police? If we can police the rest of the world why not next door?

Of course but if there are children in the home would you object for the state to place them in protective custody until the problems are worked out or would you rather have them be harmed when they become objects of the beatings?

That assumes she is not just as responsible as the husband for the physical violence. What if the mother is in the hospital or otherwise unable or unfit to care for the children?

WELL NOW YOUR CATCHING ON. If her husband is responsible for sending her to the hospital, that's twice as much reason to go after him!(n)

I am not promoting anarchy but democracy. Sometimes it seems as if our leaders forget who they work for!

Democracy is mob rule and always ends in socialism. The US was founded as a constitutional Republic not a democracy. We vote for leaders who will do the right thing for us and ensure our civil liberties. They are under oath to protect us from enemies both foreign and domestic.

That's why the founding fathers left room for change called amendments. You sound like a John Bircher. I am opposed to Fascisim, Communisim, Marxisim, Vrillisim, plutocracy, royalty and the like. The rich should not rule this nation, they probably wiil but I don't care, I'll protest it anyway. Jesus didn't get crusified for human politics. Rather in part because of politics. There is only one God in three forms. He ain't Republican! He says be kind to strangers, widows, orphans. Visit the sick and the prisoners. Feed the hungry too! I'd rather die for that than live for a red, white and blue Idol.

Now I'd rather talk about salvation or something that is more important.
