Many points in this nations history when the people needed to transgress the law. That is why we have the Supreme Court, so that the law may be challenged.
Yes but states can overturn the supreme court by a 75% overall majority between all of them.
That may be true. It’s all about checks and balances.
The point is that this nations constitution was written in a way that it can and will be interpreted as needed. We as citizens have the right to challenge unfair laws for better or worse.
