I have driven both. It's not that weird, you get used to it within 10 minutes. The roundabouts are tricky, but even that becomes 'naturally' after a few tries.
 
Yup. Except that the gearbox is on the other side, so the reflexes are sometimes wrong :D I grabbed the door handle more then once when I wanted to shift down :D

I can see myself doing that. Holding the door handle and shaking it forward and backward lol haha .

It's possible, but not handy. You are seated on the wrong side, and you can see naught in front of you.
