This is what I am answering: You are misinterpreting the quoted verse. It has to do with people preaching a false gospel. It has nothing to do with there being multiple smaller fellowships within a community.

I'm asking would you even know if someone was preaching a false Gospel.

I am telling you. You are the one who is spiritually illiterate. You only understand earthy. You are still a baby in Christ. That's why you don't understand what I am talking about. I don't need a friend. You don't understand. You may challenge me in any way and we can see, who don't understand the scriptures.
What I see of you is yet another self-appointed prophet.

Yawn...

I am not a prophet. God did not appoint me to be. Why don't you give me a challenge. Lets see who understands the scriptures and who don't. Pick what ever subject you want. Give it your best shot. Since you don't think I know what I am talking about.

Well if you don't tell me I won't know. You all just don't understand. Give a me a good challenge and we will see who understand and who don't.
I did tell you----
I will repeat----
Every Scripture you quoted and explained.
You have not gotten a single one correct.

anyone who is washed in the blood of Jesus is part of the body of Christ. we ARE the Church. that I understand.

but to be ONE congregation per city? what happens with those who are of a different language?

for example, my parents don't speak English. so what fellowship do they attend? a Spanish-speaking one.

Romans 1:28, 2 Timothy 3:8
I am afraid that these verses explain where you are.
Many have tried to help you to understand, but you have deceived yourself into believing you have all the answers.
That is what happens when one isolates himself from other believers, and refuses to listen to and learn from others.
Sad, very sad.

No I'm not, There are others in the body of Christ. Their all scattered and going through the same things. 1 peter 4: 12 - 17 12 Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. 13 But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed. 14 If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. 15 If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler. 16 However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name. 17 For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

here is an idea for you- there is a guy here with the screen name " studyman '' who also claims to be one of the few " true ' worshipers of Christ.

so, why don't you message him, and the two of you compare notes , and figure out who has the real Gospel.

Well I tell you what, I pray that God Give me the strength not to follow everyone else and take the mark of the beast. And maybe one day God will show you the truth. You don't have to believe me. The reason I brought up this subject is to show you all that we have all been deceived. This is why they stopped killing the body of Christ they found another way. Through religion. From the inside.

Since you already claim understanding of everything, and wherever I disagree you will think I'm the one who doesn't understand, that would be a waste of time. The solution to arrogance is not to feed it.

Maybe studyman is not here any more. You all may have run them off. We are in the last days. I want to spend eternity with the Father. We are in the birth pains. They are getting harder and harder. You see how people are killing each other, for no good reason. Rev 6: 4 Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword

Has it ever occurred to you that John's letter was addressed to all believers in Christ, not merely those who think all others are deceived?
You have the makings of another Joseph Smith.

I'm just trying to prove to you that I know what I am talking about. I don't claim to know everything, but I have a good understanding. DevotiontoBible had a post that taught me something that I did not know, and I am ashamed of that because I should have known. I think that God sent them to show me the truth about that. And I was very appreciative of that. If you have something that I don't know I am very willing to know it, if it is of God.

in a perfect world, ONE assembly per city would be ideal. sure. in a perfect world, we would ALL agree in/on all things. no arguments. no fights. all in one accord.

but... if we can't even agree on where to go to lunch after Sunday morning service.... lol

I don't have a made up bible. I am the one that you all seem to think has gone off the deep end. 1 Corinthians 3:4-6 4 For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? 5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? 6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
This was when the churches started to form.

All of the local churches are under a religious spirit, not the Holy Spirit.
Whatever spirit has been teaching you, it isn't biblical.

And wait, what do you mean ALL churches...according to your error there is only one true church per city.

I was thinking Jim Jones and/or Marshall Applewhite.

Your first statement reveals your lack of understanding about the mark of the beast.
The Scripture teaches that a true believer will not take the mark. So if you are really saved, you have no worry about the mark.
It is also very evident that you have no concept of what a true church is, it's function, and your obligation to assemble with a local church.
Now, I will grant you that many, maybe most local assemblies are nothing more than a religious organization that serves Satan and not God, but there are many that , while not perfect, do serve God.
And you have an obligation to search one out and assemble with it.

That you are trying to prove anything to me indicates clearly that you have much to learn, and understand far less than you think you understand. You want to learn? Great... but knowledge puffs up, while love builds up. If you were able to prove that you understand something, it would only feed your ego. Frankly, that is one part of you that is overfed already.

How about this instead: spend a few days prayerfully examining your life, considering where the fruit of the Holy Spirit is evident... and where it isn't.
