It all depends what age one believes the earth is!

You learned a lie.
If you studied the Bible and believed it, you would never ask such a foolish question.

David in Psalms, Peter in his epistles, Isaiah, Jeremiah ALL speak about a people before Adam whom Satan [when he was on our side/God's side/ why he is known as Light Bringer] was mediator of between them and God [like Christ is with us].

There is a Luciferian theory. And it begins in Genesis 1:1 when it claims the heavens and the earth was finished (this means completed with life).

Of course, verse 2 we see God above the face of the deep/waters. This is to some a reference of a flood before Noah's flood. One that wiped everyone off the face of the earth [some elude this also to the ICE AGE after the waters melted].

And of course, the question always remained...if Adam was the first ever man created...HOW DID CAIN find a wife from another sect of People? In this part of Genesis story, we have Adam, Eve, Abel, and Cain. But yet, after he kills Abel, there is more people and people who had a daughter whom Cain married!!

My theory is Adam was not the first ever man created...BUT, he was the first man created in the lineage of Christ. Because the Tree of Life in the Garden is a representation of Christ, like all throughout the Bible we have representations of Christ before Christ was here. Example: The Holy of Hollies and the Ark of Covenant with the Mercy seat (EVER NOTICE THE 2 ANGELS ON TOP OF MERCY SEAT ARE PLAYED OUT DURING THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST [with 1 angel at the head of where Christ was laid and another angel at the feet with both facing one another = MERCY SEAT])...

The scriptures are fascinating!!

So then you follow Luciferian ideas?

I agree with Preacher4Truth about most of the above. This is the kind of conjecture that happens when you consider the opening Chapters of Genesis to be a lie/myth, as well whenever you attempt to combine what the Bible teaches us about Creation on the one hand, with the various hypotheses that atheistic science has come up with as an alternative/to contradict what the Bible says about our origins on the other.

As for the wife of Cain, here is the explanation about that (remembering, of course, that familiar ties were necessarily close back then).

.........Genesis 5
.........1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God created man, He made him in the likeness of God.
.........2 He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them Man in the day when they were created.
.........3 When Adam had lived one hundred and thirty years, he became the father of a son in his own likeness, according to
.........his image, and named him Seth*.
.........4 Then the days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were eight hundred years, and he had other sons and daughters.
.........5 So all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years, and he died.

*(Our progenitors, no doubt, had other sons and daughters prior to Seth's birth, IOW, after Cain and Able were born)

As for Adam ~not~ being the first person, the Bible gives tells us a number of reasons that make such a thought pretty hard to believe (or prove). For instance:

.........Romans 5
.........12 ..Through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin....

.........17 ..By the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one....

.........18 ..Through one transgression there resulted condemnation to all men....

I point to the part in bold above in particular, because if there actually were human beings living here for millions of years prior to the time of Adam, then the earth must have been become an awfully crowded place by the time he finally came along

~Deut
p.s. - the angels at the head and feet of Jesus in His tomb (as if He is the living Ark) is an interesting thought however (which is actually true of Him .. even though our Roman Catholic friends would have us believe that His mother, Mary, is the Ark instead).

.........1 Corinthians 15
.........45 ..So also it is written, “The first MAN, Adam, BECAME A LIVING SOUL.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.
.........

Unfortunately schools do promote many myths, including evolution and the reign of T Rex. But the Bible makes it crystal clear that Adam was the first man to be created on earth, and that happened about 6,000 years ago.

People? Debatable... But the fallen angels were also here. They bred with sons of man and created the nephilim (half human half angel).

When you really get into it you start thinking about Giants as well bc nephilim were Giants a lot. Then if you look at art like ancient Egypt with Giants. Every ancient civilization has a story about Giants (side note they all have a world flood too). It is interesting that people still can't figure out how they made certain pyramids in Mexico, Egypt, etc. It would be hilarious if they were made by Giants. But of course no one knows for sure.

Yes actually the bible tells us, God created to heaven and the earth, then he created man. The government had the schools teaching things to make us think that everything came about another way, so that we wouldn't believe there is a God.

the scriptures say that everything has been done before. what i think is utter nonsense is the idea that before all this was created the Most High, created nothing. not likely.

"In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth"

In the Hebrew (if you actually believe in God one should know their HEBREW) , verse 1 of Genesis 1 absolutely means there is a period of time called the "BEGINNING," and during this time period God created the heavens and earth (as in 100% complete).

Here is an explanation from a Hebrew/Jew point of view on the correct way to interpret Genesis 1:1 and 1:2...

(What exactly does the book of Genesis tell us? That YEHOVAH God created the universe -- the heavens and the earth -- in a period of time called, simply, "the beginning." How long ago that primeval creation occurred we are not told anywhere in the Scripture. To determine that, YEHOVAH God has given us brains and intellect!)

Verse 2 represents a separate recreation not connected to verse 1 "the Beginning."

(Verse two of Genesis, chapter one, continues:

"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep" (King James Version).

Is this verse describing the ORIGINAL creation as being formless and void? If so, it would seem a contradiction. Verse one tells us YEHOVAH created the heavens and the earth. When YEHOVAH creates something, it is beautiful, grand, and majestic. In the 38th chapter of the book of Job, we read:

"Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof? When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?" (vs. 4-7).

***If the original earth had been created a chaotic ruin, formless and void, the angels would not have "sang together" or have "shouted for joy.")***

It cracks me up to read/hear so-called preachers claim they know the word of God. But, do preachers actually know the Hebrew better than the Jews? It's a tragedy knowing on Sunday's and Wednesday's, true followers of God are being misled by ignorant men who actually believe what they preach is the absolute truth. And these men don't even have the first clue to what the Hebrew means throughout the Old Testament!!

It will be a very sad day when we all gather before Christ and have to give an account of just HOW STUPID SOME OF US REALLY ARE AND WHY WE MISLED PEOPLE TO UNTRUTHFUL KNOWLEDGE!!

Genesis 2:4 is very clear that God created things for generations before adding them to His final creation of the heavens and earth where Adam was formed:

4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,
