An easy supper, burger and fries. Being we have had off and on storms, I've been unable to fire up the pit. Pan fried.

Ah.... I looked it up. Wikipedia for the win! :p

Supper -

The term is derived from the French souper, which is used for this meal in Canadian French, Swiss French, and sometimes in Belgian French. It is related to soup. It is also related to the Scandinavian word for soup, soppa' and the German word for soup, Suppe.

LOL, Im a Southern country girl. Can't stand the taste of beer. most wines and my palate don't agree either. There is a winery in AR that I enjoy some of their wines. But this country girl, if I have a drink, it's the real deal. I need to add this note. this country girl has never ever been drunk a day in my life.
That's cool. I don't even drink. :D I tried to like alcohol before, just can't seem to acquire a taste for it.

That's a good thang!!! Depending on my mood. I might have a drink a night for a couple of days. and go months without a drink. My doc suggested one to two a day. Im with yah, most I can't get past the taste. Though whisky, honey and lemon will bust up and chest junk faster than any script will.

Hmmmmm..whats for supper tonight? Something with chicken..gotta use it ..maybe chicken tacos...quick easy n doesnt heat up the kitchen since its a hot humid day in chicago land..or i could make chicken pasta salad..another "cool" one...hmmm

1/2 can hormel turkey chili w/no beans, 3 fresh brown eggs, colby, onions & garlic in a low carb tortilla?

Heres one of the easiest n good recipes you might like...

4 skinless chicken breasts
1 large can black beans (strained)
1 meduim jar of salsa (spicy as you want)

Put it all in crock pot for 8 hrs on low

Get pita bread..section into quarters. Brush with ol8ve oil..put garlic and parmasean cheese..put in oven at 400 degrees for 15 min until crisp (makes your own pita chips)

Dinner is served...salsa chicken with pita chips!

Yea, one or 2 drinks a day is good for heart health. Helps keep plaque from accumulating in the arteries.
