I don't drink much wine. When I do it is usually a Beau Noir a red table wine.I heard that wine has a lot of calories and sugars though..a girl at work is italian..healthy..counts her calorie intake daily n if she has a glass of wine it adds a lot of extra calories..she has 1300 cal intake per day for her height..age ..activity etc
I guess theres pros n cons to everything n different doctors opinions..lol

Usually I have Brandy or Scotch. And like last night sometimes mix Jack and Pepsi or Bourbon and Pepsi. Always after or with a meal and usually only one. All my docs for the last 15 yrs have recommended I have a drink or two. If someone struggles with addiction then no, it would not be wise. If a person also has liver damage or blood sugar issues, or takes certain meds it is not wise. One should always talk to their health care provider.
No Jewel alcohol is a blood thinner, and there is a compound in red wine that is heart healthy. I am spricribed one to two drinks a day so I don't have to take blood thinners.I can see where drinking that much itself relaxes a person so theyre not uptight and less stressed that can induce a heart attack..lol
I've never tried any of them. I have had Hot Dam. But none of the others. I've made my own black cherry brandy. That is good. And the cherries make a fabulous cherry cobbler.Theres drinks id like to try like butterscotch brandy or fireball jello shots that look good on pintrest but it inevitabally would be a waste of money to get it just for me..lol..if i had a party..maybe ..

Honestly I don't know. I have tried several, and Spain and Italy I think taste better. But usually my son brings me wine from AR when they come visit. My fav. By far it's Swiss in originDoes it have to be a certain BRAND of wine ir from certain regions that i read about?

The official guidelines from the American Heart Association is 1 to 2 drinks for men..... 1 drink for women. Of course, a doctor can vary their recommendation for each patient. The guidelines are based on population studies.I can see where drinking that much itself relaxes a person so theyre not uptight and less stressed that can induce a heart attack..lol
